I do have the same problem on my macOS Tahoe system

  • macOS 26.2 (Tahoe)

  • Safari Version 26.2 (21623.1.14.11.9)

  • Enpass 6.11.17 (2132) (Mac App Store)

with several, but not all sides. In example

www.amazon.de is working with Passkey authentication as aspected

www.velomobilforum.de and www.bromptonauten.cc based on XenForo Software could only be passkey authenticated through QR-Code scan with iPhone and Enpass

www.kuketz-forum.de seemed to be based on a different Software could also only be passkey authenticated through QR-Code scan with iPhone and Enpass

"Manage Passkeys" Option is activated in my browser.

All sides authenticate perfectly on iPhone und iPad with Enpass and several brothers together with passkeys.

I've been waiting almost a year for this bug to be fixed. (

  • macOS 26.3 (25D125)

  • Safari version 26.3 (21623.2.7.11.6)

  • Enpass 6.11.17 (2132) (Mac App Store)

www.amazon.de works as expected.
www.paypal.de does not work.

TBH I think they do Not care. I have posted this issue since over a year already and still exactly the Same issue. If a developer would care about a bug this would have been adressed already. That it is possible to work is shown by other Passwort managers. Sorry to be harsh but after over a year this is just the truth

I have the same impression, and because of support issues like this, I am constantly looking for an alternative. Only the offline synchronization is keeping me here at the moment (

They really do NOT care. I've reported many bugs and after years still not fixed. They only interested in adding not useful features and selling (business) subscriptions. Sadly any good alternative with own private cloud based vault sync, isn't there yet.

Also the used vault encryption is too weak these days.

Maybe I need to start building my own solution.
