  1. enpass sync error 204056 What does this error mean? I am logged into dropbox where my enpass vault is kept on my MacBookPro. To try to fix this, I have disconnected enpass from the vault and am trying to reconnect to it. I have backed up my vault using the enpass app. Under Vault Settings, I select setup Sync. A page at dropbox opens and says enpass would like to access it's folder. I say yes. Then I get a never ending "please wait" message in the enpass app. I've also noticed that the enpass extension icon that used to be visible in my Safari browser is no longer their either. Any ideas or solution would be appreciated.

    I have the impression that the Enpass team is sleeping. Almost nothing happens here. No bug fixes, no promised changes take place, no updates and no real improvements for a long time. The developers will only talk and that the fee will be collected every month... Some examples: Where are the common templates? Why I can't still create templates from entries? Why hasn't the bug with the ghost sections that cannot be deleted been fixed for more than 6 months?     Open my the Enpass app this morning in my Android phone (Moto X Pure, Android 7.0) so that I can login to my router to change a few settings. Found out the app was auto updated to v6 (I had auto-update turned on in Google Play). App looked great at first. Entered my master password and thought I would be good to go. A few seconds into the app I was horrified that my passwords (100+) are missing. I saw this so called "Primary" vault with nothing in it. I thought maybe I just need to setup the sync to my Onedrive account to retrieve my passwords. So I went ahead and setup the sync. The app crashed 3-4 times along the way (not a good sign).   5. Hey, suddenly today my Enpass desktop app stopped working (macOS 10.13.4) and I was directed to download the latest Enpass 6.0.2. Except, it didn't recognize my email or password, and also didn't recognize my Google Drive when trying to establish Cloud Sync. However, Enpass on my mobile still works and is syncing fine to my Google Drive. Any advice on how I might be able to fix? Thanks!

    After the automatic upgrade, enpass on my pc doesn't sync any more showing Error 2070007. I am completely disappointed from enpass: The last 3 months enpass doesn't work with firefox and I never had the time to make debugging for your product. Now I have this new serious problem and I have to find some time to spend for debugging of your application. Moreover, after the last update of the android app, the folders (that are now "tags") are not expandable at the side bar. Terrible.

  9. I've updated to Windows Desktop Version 6.0.4 (281) on Windows 7 PC. Android Version on my mobile is 6.0.4.196. PC is linked to Internet via Proxy. After update to new desktop version I was asked to reconnect to sync on my PC, I reconnected to G-Drive via IE browser successfully. Afterwards I received the error message 404056 on desktop app. So I first checked the missing Proxy link and inserted it for connction to Internet again and started a new try to reconnect. This time with a new error message 404004. Can you please assist?

    Every few days or so, I get a notice on Empass that I need to Reauthenticate to sync with iCloud. This happens on each computer that I use Empass (iMac, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini). Thankfully, the notice does not appear with such regularity on my iPhones or iPads. While it is somewhat easier to re-authenticate now that I have Touch ID on my computers, it is still an annoyance to have to do it so often. I have tried disconnecting from iCloud, then reconnecting again, making sure that the "Keep me signed in" box is checked, but the re-authenticate notice will show up again in another few days. Is this a bug in Enpass? If not, how do I fix it?

    Hi, I have another account I used in my old iPod touch, it doesn't have a lot but when I want to sync it with another Android device and it asked me for the master password, it shows that it's not correct. I keeps trying but no use. So, I deleted the main folder in Google Drive so I can start fresh. It didn't work and it keeps asking the main password. Need your help, until now I couldn't new device setup as Enpass is the first app I install to make it easy to complete setup and installing other apps.

  15. I want to share a vault with my fiancée and I was thinking that Google Drive would be a good option. I already pay them for email & drive service. But I'm not finding the vault under the drive interface so I don't know how to invite her to access it. How do I invite someone to access my enpass vault?

    Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong area. I sync Enpass 6 between my iPhone and two macs. After having some problems with syncing after upgrading from version 5, I cleared out everything in the iCloud drive/Enpass folder. However when I went to re-sync, Enpass was still somehow pulling information from iCloud, which was the old information. I had to check the box to delete everything from iCloud, restored from a backup, and re-setup sync successfully and it works well now. My question is, how does syncing with iCloud work? I see there are files under ~/Library/Containers/in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop/ however this is being stored on my local machine. I've search…

I have already found and started using an alternative solution, How may I safely and thoroughly clear *all* enpass-stored data from iCloud and all my Apple devices, delete the app from all of them, and then close my enpass account?

  20. Hello, I am having an issue because I want to share my OneDrive database with my family members. For my wife, under iOS, this is not an issue as when choosing "Existing database / OneDrive", the application ask anyway the account credentials so I just enter mine (my Microsoft account credentials) and it finds it and synchronize. But for my son, also sporting a Windows phone, the issue is that it looks directly in its OneDrive account, without asking me to enter the account credential (it picks up the account of the phone) and without anyway to change the account where to look.   24. I have to do a clean install of macOS. Doing so will erase all my data. I can't simply upload it to an external drive and then reload it after the clean install because, due to possible malware on my current system, I will have to reenter all my data manually. IS IT POSSIBLE TO DOWNLOAD MY ENPASS DATA INTO A PDF (or something similar) AND PRINT IT? Please help.

    Hello, I think this question may be for Enpass Stuff. If I changed my Master Password using iCloud Sync, I understand Enpass can't have access to my current Master Password but I would like to know if Enpass can have access to my old (changed) Master Password used in iCloud Sync. Thank you.
