Cloud Sync

Today suddenly Enpass on MacOS Big Sur, iOS & Windows 10 will not sync with Dropbox. I get an error message 'Password of data on Dropbox is required'. Same on all devices. I enter my password with no effect. I changed the password as prompted with still no effect. Anyone else having this problem? I can sign in to my Dropbox account with no problem and Dropbox shows all features and systems working.

Hi, ich habe ein Sync Problem mit WebDav. Ich besitze eine Synology NAS, hier liegen verschiedene Tresore ab. Ein Sync mit verschiedenen Windows-Rechnern ist kein Problem. Jedoch habe ich diese Tresore auch auf 3 verschiedenen iPhones, hier bekomme ich den Fehler 904035. Der Sync ging auch schon mal, es wurde weder die Serveradresse noch Benutzer oder Passwort in letzter Zeit geändert. Ich habe nun schon einige Beiträge gelesen, jedoch weiß ich noch immer nicht ob es an der Application "Enpass" liegt oder am WebDav Server von Synology? There seems to be a bug with sync to Google drive that affects both my Mac and my Linux machines. If Enpass is left running through a sleep cycle, sync doesn't function after a wake-up. Enpass must be quit and restarted for sync to function again.

Today is THE day : upgrading Enpass to 6.0.0 on all my devices (Linux, Android, Windows) Went fine on Linux & Android : after installation, the first launch of Enpass 6.0.0 detected existing vault, and went through an "upgrade" of the local database, telling me once successfully completed, that all parameters had been reset. Hi, I have an issue with my OneDrive sync after updating my Enpass desktop App on my Windows 10.0.16299.904 PC. It was working before updating to Enpass v6. The error number is 507035. Your help is much appreciated. (I am also still using Enpass app on a Win 10 Mobile phone but I've noticed it can't sync anymore with Desktop v6).

Hi all, after updating to v6.0 I get the following error message: Enpass is running on Windows 10 Enterprise, Enpass is the latest available version on MS Store v6. For sync I use owncloud v10.0.10 with Let's encrypt certificate. Additional Information: Enpass seems to have access to the owncloud server. I can see a folder "Enpass" created, containing a file "*.enpassattach" So far I tried: un- and re-installing Enpass restarting windows dis- and re-connect to owncloud Many Thanks in advance!

Hello, The sync using iCloud doesn't work for now two weeks... Running Enpass desktop v5.6.9 on my MBP with macOS 10.13.05, and Enpass v5.5.8 on my iOS devices (with iOS 11.4), I didn't have iCloud sync pb for years untill end of june... I already tried, with no success, to disconnect/reconnect iCloud on both, and also remove iCloud backup... Now when I try to disconnect/reconnect iCloud on macOS, I have "Error code: -116". Running Enpass v5.6.3 (139) on macOS desktop and v5.5.6 on iOS. I have been successfully syncing to a Nextcloud instance for quite some time. I just upgraded the Nextcloud instance to V13 (from V12) and Enpass sync no longer works. No useful error messages and nothing relevant in the Nextcloud logs, the Nginx access log lists: "PROPFIND /remote.php/webdav/ HTTP/1.1" 207 5488 "PROPFIND /remote.php/webdav/Enpass/ HTTP/1.1" 207 848 and nothing else related to Enpass. All other Nextcloud functions, including WebDAV file sync with the Nextcloud client are working normally.

I have four devices running Enpass: Two PCs with Windows 7, an Android tablet and an Android Smartphone. I had Cloud sync using Onedrive set up, but on both PCs I had the problem that the sync stopped working after a while. Even closing Enpass and starting it up fresh again didn't work, I had to disable cloud sync and re-enable it again. In this process I even lost an account because the changed password was overwritten by the old one from the cloud. I now changed from Onedrive to Google Drive but this morning found the same issue. Hi, I'm unable to sync Enpass (bridged version) with OneDrive after Windows 10 upgrade to Insider preview version 17711. Reset Enpass content and connect to OneDrive to restore cloud content ends up with the message "Sorry, we didn't find any Enpass data on this OneDrive account" - not sure of the error message translation as my Enpass is in French. I also tried to uninstall / install Enpass from the store, but still the same issue. Any idea? Thanks.

I've been using enpass for about 2 years without major problems. I use enpass on 4 devices and sync my vault to my owncloud account. Since end of November the sync fails (Errorcode 907403). Two major changes have been made: 1) I change my account to Pro; 2) I updated my owncloud to version 10.3 (from 10.1). Thanks for advice Michael

We have a local self hosted nextcloud. Let's say I don't really want or care about sync when I am not at home. So, enpass will sync when home, and, when I leave home, it will have no access to the local ip of the nextcloud server at home. It will fail to sync (of course). So, how does nextcloud react then? Will it continually try to sync to a 192.168. address and burn cellular data? Will it try once and figure out it can't connect? Something else? What I want to ensure is it isn't burning up cell data trying to connect to an IP that it can't connect to. Maybe I'm gone a week, don't want to burn up a lot of data. My annual subscription of enpass had expired recently. I primarily use enpass to sync the data between my desktops and laptops. 1.The new entries are still being synced between my desktops and laptops. I would like to know whether the sync between pc's is free even after the expiration of subscription. 2. As i don't use the mobile version of enpass, should i need to subscribe again to the premium version ? Please let me have a reply. Thanks.

When I sync via Google Drive, I get a file `sync_default.walletx`. However, if I add an attachment, it is not visible in the `Enpass` directory. Wallet size stays the same. I have tried though, attachments are being synch'd to my Android app just fine. When I sync via Dropbox, the `App/Enpass` folder contains a wallet file and for each attachment a file. Why the difference between Google Drive and Dropbox? Where are the attachments sync'd using Google Drive? Thank you.

Hello, I've seen that sync iCloud don't work. Don't work on windows 10 and Mac OS 10.15.1 . I think it's an issue in Enpass 6.3.1.

Hi, If I set Enpass not to use any cloud sync feature, but instead use a software to sync local Enpass folder to the cloud storage, does that sync the database as well as all my settings among my device in real time? The reason is with the existing cloud sync infrastructure, any change in Enpass database password or cloud storage password could be a pain in the a$$ becuase we have to make corresponding change in each and every device. Hi Everyone, I have an issue setting up syncing on Enpass 6 on Windows 10. My version was not installed from the Windows 10 Store as my work administrators have blocked the store. I installed the update straight from the Update dialog box when I ran Enpass 5 this morning. Clicking on any of the Cloud Sync setup options, it opens a Chrome window and I click on the allow button and then, the redirect to Enpass doesn't work... It's just stuck on this: Can someone help me out? I tried everything... Thanks.

Hi everyone, I'm writing because I have a strange sync issue with the app. First of all let me list my current setup to have some context: I mostly use Apple devices (MacBook Pro M1, iPad and iPhone) and a Windows 11 PC. Every device have the latest version of Enpass available, all setup with cloud sync on Google Drive. Yesterday I noticed that some recently updated passwords went back to the old ones. I suspect that one of my devices that I use less (maybe the iPad) pushed an old version of the password database to the cloud without checking if there was a newer version, and that led to new passwords being overwritten. Can Enpass sync to a vault on a removable flash type drive? Also, could one sync using say iCloud and then remove the data from iCloud leaving the freshly synced vault on a device? Sort of a temporary or one time cloud sync. Thanks!

I have been using Enpass for a couple of years without a problem on my Mac but it has recently started erroring when trying to sync with Google Drive. It gives the error code 404035. Does anybody know how this can be fixed? Thank you

I activated the new update for Enpass on my windows laptop today. When I want to set the 'new' sync setting it opens Firefox and then a redirection button appears. When I click on that it wants me to open a .exe program to continue. I cannot find any enpass.exe file on my laptop. How must I go about?

Does cloud synchronization always transfer the whole database file or only changed items ?

Hi! I'm using Enpass on my Windows Desktop and on my Android Phone for years. Everything worked well - until a few days ago. Since then, Enpass on my desktop always treats me as a new user. :-( Syncing with Google drive doesn't work: after granting access, Enpass closes immediately or shows me an error message (401). I have revoked Enpass access and deleted the data from Google drive already. After that, I've reconfigured sync on my mobile first (that works) and then tried from the desktop.
