  1. Specifically when an item has a + as the first Character. They are not listed at the top like they should be. They are not even listed together. There are some just in the middle of Alphabetical Sections in random places.   2. Hi everyone, I'm using portable on my computer. As I have set up a new computer, I have set up an entirely new sync from scratch. Sync is done trough Nextcloud WebDAV. I can initially set up the vault ONCE. It syncs and I see all the current vault data. After that, I cannot sync a second time. I can see that it actually does something, as it does a login against Nextcloud, but all I get is the error "Sync Error Something went wrong while syncing with Nextcloud.     Enpass will not load on my Windows PC running Windows 11. Enpass has run for years on this PC. This morning is the first time this has happened. Not sure what else to try.   4. Hi, I am running Enpass MS Store version 6.91.1512.0 on Windows 11. Enpass jumps to a random record after changing a any value. I have around 1200 items in my valut.   5. I have enpass on the same computer split across multiple accounts.I am using the Window 11 Store version so should full time windows hello. Indeed, I have notice that it works with one account. When I log out and log back I am not prompted for the master password. However, when I setup the same enpass on a different windows account on the same machine, it does not work. Can enpass only store 1 entry per computer?

    Hi, I plan to perform a clean install on my PC due to errors in the Microsoft directory system, as fixing them seems more complicated than starting fresh. I don’t have any issues with my Enpass setup, but I want to ensure my passwords are preserved. I’ve located the Enpass vault where backups are stored and would like to make a copy of it. After reinstalling Enpass, I’d like to reinsert the vault into the new directory path. Could you please guide me through the steps to achieve this? Thanks

    Dear enpass, I bought a pro version a long time ago and now I get nag screens to upgrade to Premium. As I bought a full version of the software I am even not sure you can bother your customers with advertisment to another software version in an already bought product. If, then I would rather switch to another more serious product. Thanks alot

    Hi, Today I tried to create a passkey on LinkedIn (German version, but still linkedin.com). They ask for my password and send a verification code via mail. When I entered the code from the mail into the website the Enpass dialog pops up and asks, if it can update the entry for LinkedIn. I click on "Update" and then LinkedIn complains "An error occured. Please try again.". But that does not work either. According to Enpass the passkey has been successfully saved. But LinkedIn does not seem to recognize this, so I always have to login with mail + password + OTP. I use Firefox on Windows 11 (all patched to the latest release of today). Is this a known iss…

  9. Hi. I've used Premium for years, and thank you for an awesome product. I use one single vault accross my 3 computers and my android, syncing to the same Dropbox account. Lately I noticed my Laptop hasn't been syncted to Dropbox for months, and when trying to connect (via desktop app) to said Dropbox, I get error: "No two vaults can be connected to same account for syncing data. Connected vault: Primary" And Primary is my vault connected to said Dropbox on the other devices. And this Laptop knows only of one vault.     I had to export a bunch of password records from Enpass to CSV (and then to another password manager app; though I'm still using and prefer Enpass for my own stuff!). Here's how I did it: Move all the to-be-exported records to a new vault (yay, Enpass 6's support for multiple vaults); I ought to have done this when upgrading to Enpass 6 from 5 Use the Enpass app's File > Export feature to export the vault as a JSON file Use the `jq` script below to convert the JSON to a CSV file The conversion isn't entirely lossless - the new app / CSV import doesn't support attachments, and metadata such as timestamps, credential history and record types a…

  12. Hello, This morning my primary vault reports a sync issue and that my One Drive Session has expired. When I try to reauthorise I can enter my log in details online and complete my MFA Enpass then says Synchronising and then goes back to One Drive Session Expired. Please advise. Thanks

    I receive an error when I launch enpass and it tries to sync with google drive I get the following error: Sync Error. Something went wrong while syncing with Google Drive. Error Code: 409975 I am able to access my google drive and files that are on it without incident. Files are synchronizing to and from my google drive to this desktop without incident. Thanks.

    Hi Enpass team, there are two bugs making me mad day by day... 1. While working in the office, I am locking my computer a dozen times. Randomly, after unlocking my computer and trying to unlock Enpass as well, it is saying "Wrong master password". I am forced to end Enpass by tray icon context menu option or by task manager. Otherwise, it will not work. 2. I am running Enpass 6.11.4 (1801) on Windows 11 Pro 23H2 with an external display (5120x2160, scaled on 125%) and two vaults (default (unused) and a second one synced via Dropbox).   15. As the title says, when I start Enpass, a black window appears for a moment. It doesn't affect the operation of Enpass, but it bothers me a bit. Is there a way to fix this?

When I set Quick Unlock to either Windows Hello or PIN unlock it only works for a few minutes, and then it asks for the master password again constantly and never asks for PIN unlock or Windows Hello unlock. How do I fix this. I did a quick search online and I'm not the only one with this issue recently.

    Hi, I noticed there are a few very annoying glitches that Enpass frequently has: 1) Failure to resize correctly after connection to larger monitor from laptop (see image). This essentially results in the window being stuck on the screen with no option to exit the program or get rid of the blue box. Instead, Task Manager has to be used to kill Enpass. 2) Windows Hello does not show up sometimes for login (see image). I don't understand why the app sometimes shows a Windows Hello fingerprint dialog, and then reverts to the password screen.   18. My primary system is still Windows 7. I will never upgrade it to Windows 11. For one, it doesn't qualify, and two, even if it did, I don't like Windows 11.     I logged in this afternoon on my Windows 11 laptop and it asked me to resync my vault on Box. It takes me to the login page for Box, I enter the creds and allow Enpass the rights to access it. The Windows client just sits and finally times out. I can still sync on my Android phone, so I know Box is working and my vault is still there. I dont remember, was there a recent update to address a similar issue on OneDrive? If so, could this be something similar?

I have been using Enpass for a few years now and hoped I will get used to the pathetic and cumbersome way of making any changes to notes content in Logins, Notes etc. Why is the editing box so small? Is so difficult to go up/down the lines using the touchpad looking for the content to change or update. I have never seen such a basic editor. Please look into that and do something about it.   21. I am considering to switch to Enpass, I like the architecture and the competitive pricing for the business options. But I need a way to keep the vault information from 1Password, I have hundreds of passwords structured in different vaults. I order to migrate this properly, you would need to extract the vault meta data for every item and assign a TAG with the same name, so I can migrate them to your file-based vaults in Enpass. Or is there another way?

    I've had difficulties with Enpass where it starts up and then freezes. It won't close itself even. I opened Task Manager to close it from there and it was in "suspended" status. I killed the app from Task Manager and restarted it. It launched immediately as "suspended". A reboot cleared this for now. Any ideas why this might be happening?

  23. The automatic backup of enpass cannot change the location of the backup. I selected the device (Synology) on the local network. The prompt: The current location cannot be accessed. However, this device is accessible, and this device is the device for webdav synchronization.

    Hi, if I try to login on https://signin.ebay.de and use enpass for that, then it clicks the link below to login via mobile phone number instead of submitting the form with my mail address that Enpass entered. The subsequent login attempt fails, because I can't log into ebay using my mobile phone number. Regards Djfe
