Hello, no matter what I do, enpass refuses the master password. Debian stable, enpass 5.6.9. german, no special characters. Installed twice now, still refusing password. It worked yesterday after installation, today nada. Now the second time the same. Dunno understand :) Hope you can help, NonKon

How do I update the Enpass client on Fedora? I tried to download the latest version and then run the binary but it just said that I already have Enpass. Do I need to uninstall it and then install the new version?

I am running Enpass 5.6.9 on Google Chrome Version 68.0.3440.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Linuxmint Mate 19. AMD FX-8350 w/16GB Ram. I've been using Enpass for awhile now, very happily, until this morning. It suddenly stopped working. I've tried removing and reinstalling the Chrome Extension for Enpass with no success. The program itself still seems to work in terms of the repository, but the connector and fill functions have failed utterly. Can anyone point the way forward? Many thanks in advance. - Steve

Hi! I'm for some reason unable to right-click inside of Enpass (v5)! (This worked for me earlier this month, a week or two ago). This affects me in the following ways: No right-click menu appears when I right-click an item in the "middle column" (AKA the list). When I use the "pencil icon" to edit a selected item, I don't get the pop-up for the password generator. When I click the big '+' sign in the top-left corner, the drop-down list appears on the primary display, and not the display where Enpass is located. None of the drop-down/pop-out menus of "File, Edit, Item, View, etc." show at all when clicking them, or moving selection with …

Hello. I am using the 5.6.9 version on linux, Debian Unstable/Sid, and when I go to log into the application with my main password, as soon as I hit enter it crashes. I have rebooted, and same results. Please advise.

My 4k screen with upscale in linux get this trouble, other qt apps working fine with scale, so can you check this overlap problem ? p/s: DPI 192

This is a minor annoyance, but if it could be fixed I would be very happy... I am running Enpass on Linux Mint 18 with Cinnamon. I use multiple workspaces and want to have enpass follow me around on them so I set the window to show "Always on visible workspace". It periodically resets to just showing on *this* workspace. I haven't figured out when exactly that happens, but I suspect it has something to do with when it locks? Anyway, it would be great if whatever refresh it does continued to respect the setting...

I have Nextcloud running on Ubuntu and can successful connect Enpass from my Mint desktop and Ubuntu laptop. I'm trying out Elementary on the laptop but when I try to restore data using webdav it hangs up with "connecting..." displayed. I installed the latest Enpass from your PPA.

Hello everyone, not sure if this is just a Deskop@Linux or a general issue. I want to switch from Keepass to another software and at the moment, I'm giving Enpass a try. So i had to import my Keepass data into Enpass... My Keepass DB includes ~750 entries custom icons multiple attachments custom fields long histories But after 29 imported entries the client crashed (I've submitted crash reports). Long story short, i could debug it to the following: The import crashes if Title fields are empty! After removing the empty entries in my recycling bin and adding titles to the four empty entries left, it worked like a charm. …

What have you done to GUI and chrome extensions it is huge now, it is taking all my screen! Chrome extension is also taking half of the screen! I run Elementary OS Juno Linux. See screenshot attached. How to make it smaller and look like normal app and not like a tablet app!???? What have you done!? I would rather downgrade to 5.x! Please help!

I have a small problem with the tray icon, i have enabled "use dark tray icon" under customize, and restarted the app as well, but the dark icon does not activate. Also is the dark icon, black and white like the previous version of enpass (it was similar to the other icons you see on the attached image). Thank You.

Hey there, I am running Enpass on Gentoo Linux. Currently version 5.6.9, which was installed by simply downloading it from https://www.enpass.io/downloads/ where a binary or tarball (I honestly can't remember which it was) was available for Linux distributions that were not covered by your install manuals on the website. With the update to version 6, this is no linger the case and the installed client doesn't seem to recognize that there is an update available. Unfortunately the browser extensions already want to have version 6 :-( Now the big question, how do I get this update done?

Hi guys, since the upgrade to Enpass 6 I can no longer launch enpass from the application menu in Kubuntu 18.04. The sync cannot be activated as well because of the error messages (s. attachment). It worked flawlessly before. I have purged enpass completely as well once but the issue remains. I can launch the application only from /opt/enpass/ but if I want to add the app to my task bar and close the app it won't launch afterwards. Please help ! Greetings Marvin

When I try to setup the sync through google drive (which was working fine on version 5) I get the step of authorizing your app. Then the xdg-open opens enpass but a new window and the first window stay always in the state of waiting for authorization process to be complete. Hey guys, I updated my Enpass app to 6.0 today and have been having issues with scaling since. I can't read anything such as generated passwords. I'm kind of annoyed as I just purchased the Enpass app for Android and now Enpass is broken. My computer setup: OS: arch Linux Window manager: openbox Window compositor: compton Monitors: 1 x 1920x1080 (default = 2560x1440) & 2 x 1680x1080 My guess is that it has something to do with the first monitor as the scaling looks "alright" on the first monitor and awful on the two others. After upgrade it doesn't fill the password, it only fills the name. When press small info button, I can see the password and then can copy it. Worked till yesterday. Any idea what went wrong?

Hi, after I installed the new v6.0, nothing works as expected anymore (on Ubuntu 18.04), leaves this version pretty useless. Can you please provide a link to go back to the previous version, I guess this is really important until you provide bug fixes for version 6. In short, these are the things that do not work anymore (guess you know these already): - wrong scaling, window too bid, fonts are tiny, not possible to read - extensions do not work anymore, popup doesn't show any content - automatic sync doesn't work anymore Thanks!

I have a very stripped-down desktop environment on Linux (i3wm). Therefore i have some issues with the autostart option. At first, the Autostart-checkbox didn't work for me. I have reached out to the twitter support, and they told me what technique they are using for this option: "A file named Enpass.desktop should be created there at /home/.config/autostart." - this helped me to re-create a custom autostart script like i had with Enpass 5. However, i am missing the startWithTray option.
