I’ve been using Enpass on android and my Windows computer and generally keep the list of items in order of most recent. I now have the app on iOS and can’t find how to do that. is that option available on iOS?

I use Enpass on my Macs (macOS 13.0) and iPads/iPhone (iOS/iPadOS 16). I added a new entry with 2FA for a webpage on my Mac and autofill and the login itself works just fine. The entry is correctly synced via iCloud to my iPad and shows up just fine, the login-name, password and 2FA-code are correct, but when I use autofill for this entry on the webpage, the password is wrong. What's happening here?

Just downloaded EnPass but it won't let me sync to icloud. it's not an option.

I've updated the master pasword in my iOS app but the master pasword in the desktop app remains the old master pasword.

This is the third time that Enpass does not log in with my fingertip and asks me the password. However it does not recognize my password. Every time I have to reinstall the program and type all my passwords again. This is getting annoying. Why this is happening? The password is correct cause I wrote it somewhere else and I am typing the same password.

After upgrading to the all new version from the AppStore, my WebDAV sync settings were gone (is it really necessary to drop the settings, please concentrate on functionality instead of fancy new UI so I tried to enter them again as follows: URL: https://mynas.mylocaldomain:8081/home/ with correct username and password. The certificate for my NAS is correctly installed in iOS. The app locks up and does not respond after I hit connect. I can easily move items between vaults with the Windows and Android apps, but can't seem to get this done with the iPad app. Is this supported?

Hi, I am aware that this question has already been answered in the following post: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/6664-only-prompts-for-master-despite-set-up-for-pinpita/ But the pure functionality here does not make any sense to me. Why is it that if you setup Enpass on iOS to use TouchID, it will always prompt for TouchID, even if the app is closed manually, the device is rebooted or there are too many apps in the background, but if you set it up with a PIN code it will only work if you don't have that many apps open? Hello! at September, you releases a Version of Enpass iOS, that fixes an issue with custom vault icons! With the latest version this fix is now gone... Problem: I have different vaults on iOS (synced via WebDav on my NAS). The default vault has an icon, that can not be changed. But the custom vaults can have custom icons, instead of using the default given icons. Hi i am running Nextcloud and Enpass autofills the credentials perfectly fine BUT when I click the login button I get an error saying “please enter the password”. I found a workaround: - let Enpass autofill the credentials - and then while the cursor is still in the password field I enter any character on the keyboard (just to “touch” the input field) and delete it again right away. - hit the login button and it works fine Is this an issue with how Nextcloud checks for the input? I would love if you could implement support for others browsers like Chrome on iOS. Coming from LastPass this is the thing I miss the most.

I have an app in which a password may be required. When the keyboard pops up to enter the password, the autofill symbol (the key) appropriately appears. When I select it, I am appropriately taken into Enpass, where I must Search for the proper password. However, unlike in other cases (e.g., websites) Enpass never learns or remembers the results of the Search for that app’s password. I must Search for it in Enpass each time. How may I acquire Enpass learning in the case of an iOS app password stored in Enpass?

Hello, I am trying to sync to my OneDrive account which has been working well previously. It's all of a sudden stopped working and I am now receiving the following error: Something went wrong while syncing with cloud. Error code: 1208400 Here is what I have done to try and fix it: Ensured my iOS app is on the latest version of the app. Enpass version 6.4.5. Disconnected the OneDrive cloud and reconnected again. Restarted my iPhone. I am running on iOS 13.5.1. Can someone please help? Thanks Scott

Hi, I've been using Enpass for several weeks now, and I really love it. Today I've finally decided to move from Padlock.io to Enpass. I've imported all my data from csv file. I loved the csv import, really useful. Furthermore, I'm having some issues. If I open an item and I delete a field and save, the app crashses. I'm also having another problem. In some items, if I try to edit a field, the field that is edited is another one. For example, suppose I have field_1 and field_2. Then I select to edit field_1, but the editing popup says that I'm editing field_2 and if I change the field type to password, its only changed in field_2. If I select to edit field_2…

iPhone 6s Plus. Evaluating Enpass. Only have 6 logins to remember. Needed to access one earlier today. Everything worked as it should. Later in the day needed to repeat. This time, None of my 3 finger prints worked, nor did the master password. So now I can't get to my passwords. Please help.

The app won't open with face recognition or manual password. It keeps crashing. I have no way to access my info that is stored on the app.

Hello I manage three vaults. Now I notice that when "all vaults" is selected, the entries no longer appear in the categories but only when the corresponding vault is selected. This was not the case before. Can you understand this? Is it possible to change it? Thanks and greetings Leo

Hi, As you all know there’s an option to hide website and username suggestions on the keyboard when autofilling a login. I don’t want to hide these, so I turned the option off. However, in iOS Firefox and Edge these details remain hidden. The suggestions only show up in Safari. I’m using Firefox mainly and it would be much more convenient to choose the suggestion rather than having to open the complete list. My keyboard is the default iOS keyboard, all apps and iOS are updated to the latest version. Is this a bug or the integration into iOS is not properly done?

I faced an problem and hope you fix it. I have an item in my Enpass vault which has both a username and an email address. Issue When I try to populate a username box in a web site which corresponds to the above item with my username by tapping my credential which Enpass shows on the keyboard (the one-tap login function), instead it enters my email address registered in the same item. This is something that has been driving me a bit crazy since the beginning. I add Special Characters to the Titles of Items I want to Display above everything else in the List. This works as expected on Enpass Desktop, but on Enpass Mobile the Default Sort puts Special Characters at the Bottom instead. Please make it so that the Default Sort Lists Special Characters First before anything else. Thanks!
