Hello, The TOTP feature is not working on iOS. When I use autofill in Safari to log in to some site, the 2FA does not get copied in the clipboard. iOS: 12.1.4 enpass: 6.0.4 (222)

The desktop Mac has an option to auto fill but NOT auto login to websites, as some websites break with that option switched on (please see screenshot). I didn't find the equivalent option in iOS. Please advise? Thanks

Hello :) is that normal if I finish a registration via iPhone on any page, that enpass will not ask to save the new data?

I turned off auto-submits, but it still submits in safari when form is filled.

Hi, I am new to Mac and Enpass. Like the feature of Enpass with the browser integration. However, Most sites seem to fail with Auto-type Username & Password. I have a feeling that this is due to the speed of loading of the website vs the auto type speed of Enpass.. Anyone any idea how to solve this? Hi, with Autofill in iOS, Enpass neeed another feature to fully take advantage. When you are on a website or service you already use but haven’t used the website login address in your Enpass record, Enpass should offer the user the ability to append this field to an existing record. Unless I am missing something, I currently have to manually put in the name to pull up my record and then it will fill in the user ID and pwd, but I don’t want to manually type in the name every time. At the end of having Enpass submit the identity fields the app should ask the user whether he/she would like to append this data field to an existing record (for completeness). …

When I go to autofill on a website, I get another list that the one I see in my app. My favorites are just shown on top in my Enpass app-list, and not in the website/app password autofill-list. can you please add favorites on top in the autofill-list also?

Open up Enpass app and ignore Face ID prompt 2. Close Enpass or switch to another app 3. Try to use autofill in Safari or any other app (will not work until you open up the Enpass app again and unlock it)

Hi i am running Nextcloud and Enpass autofills the credentials perfectly fine BUT when I click the login button I get an error saying “please enter the password”. I found a workaround: - let Enpass autofill the credentials - and then while the cursor is still in the password field I enter any character on the keyboard (just to “touch” the input field) and delete it again right away. - hit the login button and it works fine Is this an issue with how Nextcloud checks for the input? I have paid version of Enpass on my iPod iOS 12.5.5. Followed your instructions to set autofill in my Settings. However, when on a Safari website requiring password, if I select Enpass, it takes me to the app instead of entering the user/password.

Hello, I just purchased an new iPhone Max Pro and restore my Enpass purchase. Under AutoFill Passwords, I have both Keychain and Enpass enabled. Whenever I try to use Enpass to autofill a password, it errors out with "Failed to receive information from the Enpass app." I have to resort to switching back and forth from the Enpass app to the login screen of the application. Hi, Autofill of credit card details does not work for me. I go to a website (e.g. www.gap.co.uk, www.fatface.co.uk) in Safari on my iPad, make a purchase, and get to the credit card details page. I click on the credit card number field, then click on the ‘send to’ icon in Safari, and select ‘Enpass’. I log into Enpass, then click on the credit card I have set up in there, but the field does not get filled in. I’m on Enpass 6.2.0(372), and iPadOS 13.1.2. Autofill of logins works fine. Any help on getting this working would be appreciated.

Hi to all! I have a problem with syncing on ios. I changed a login password from the desktop (windows) version and then tried to open the same login page from Safari on my mobile phone (without opening the enpass app first). The result was that the autofill within Safari kept suggesting the old password. Do I have to open enpass first in order to use the new credentials on Safari? Thank you!

Hi, I am using Enpass 6.7.1 with iPadOS 15.0.2 on my iPad Air 2020. When starting the autofill function in safari, enpass comes with touch id request. Using the same function in any other app than safari, enpass comes up but no touch id request comes up. On iOS 15.0.2 the same function works great in any app. I have attached screenshots. I like get enpass installed on all my devices and i got hang of the autofill on the Microsoft Edge side of things but not on the iphone . How do I use autofill on the iphone app? Thanks

iOS 12.1.2, latest Enpass 6.0.0 release from the App Store. When I go into the Autofill settings, I can change the "Autofill TOTP" option, but it doesn't seem to work. After autofill, I have nothing copied to my clipboard. Also, the "match URL hostname" option is always enabled, even when I disable it. I turn it off, go back into the menu, and it's on.

I recently updated a password using enpass on my mac. I have since made sure both the app on my mac and the iOS app have run a sync. I'm currently syncing to google drive. When I look in the application on both my mac and my iOS device I can see the new password is correct on both devices. However when I open up the app I have changed my password for on my iOS device and auto fill the password, it autofills the old password. If I open the information about the login in question using the key icon to open enpass, I can see that the item in that view has not been synced in days despite it being correct when I open the enpass app directly.

I am a new user on enpass. I have installed it on my apple phone. What happens if I lose my phone? I saved a backup on my desktop. At least I think I did. It is an encrypted download I think. How will that help me if I lose my phone?

Hi, Just bought Enpass for iOS (iphone7plus) and want to backup my Enpass data. The only backup and recovery option offered is WiFi. None of my PCs is connected to WiFi and will not be for some time to come. Is there any other option possible like USB and how to proceed with alternatives? Hi Team, In the past I successfully shared entries via text or via mail with my wife. The enpass entries themselves contain plain text, no attachments. I am now using 6.0.4 for iOS, and if I want to share now, an attachment *.enpasscard is added to the message. This is especially painful if I want to share via text message, as of course attachments do not work via text message, and my phone tells me to set up MMS Messaging to send the message, which I just do not want. One step forward, two steps back... With the latest iOS update you fixed some really annoying bugs, but there comes new for things that previously worked correctly. Now the match URL hostname functionality is broken. Not for all sites, but for a lot. I think it happens when the hostname is something other than "www". In those situations no entries can be found. Then you have to search manually for the item you need. BUT as you have done a step back in searching engine too, it's impossible to search for something else then the exactly name of the password item (at least in the iOS "helper", not the Enpass app itself). When I try to open an attachment from iOS mail app (eg a PDF with a password) and then use Enpass to search for the password, the search bar goes right up to the top of the screen and is unnavigable. Have to force quit the mail app to try again please see screenshot

With the release of Enpass version 6.0.3 AutoFill no longer inputs passwords for iOS Apps....no error message, just nothing is auto filled. Issue occurs on my iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen and iPhone Max running iOS 12.1.3. Prior to Enpass v6.0.3 I was not experiencing this issue.
