  1. They promised all of this to the pros. But what does a promise count after a year ... Nobody would mind if new users had to pay a monthly fee from now on. But asking existing customers to checkout again, even though enpass has promised not to do so, leaves a negative impression. You lost me and 6 other customers ...

  2. Hi there, I would like to ditch Authy and export it's TOTP tokens for use in Enpass, however... Currently, Enpass does not seem to respect the key URI format period parameter, and continues to generate codes at a 30 seconds interval. Here's an example of the URI exported from Authy using authy-export (with secret obviously redacted): otpauth://totp/Twitch?digits=7&period=10&secret=ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Thanks in advance, Jacob F.

  3. Why are Pro users not offered a discounted upgrade version to the Premium Lifetime license? That would be acceptable, at least for me, if you pay once for new versions. But to move Pro users to a subscription model now is a no-go for me. That's what I thought too. After Pro comes Premium, then Platinum, Diamond and finally the great VIP status.

  4. I use one of the new "premium" lifetime memberships, so this change does not affect me. But I have a question: When do you plan to release a "platinum" membership for which I have to pay again? Like you did it now with the "pro" customers.

  5. I am also very disappointed, my switch to bitwarden worked smoothly today.

  6. If Enpass will really go that way I will be out as well - please be aware that many users trusted you when switching the pay model. Been an early user who paid for Enpass on several platforms and this feels like getting ripped off.

  8. If they decide to let the pro-users pay again, I'm gone. There are still enough other good alternatives. They break their promises again
