  1. They promised all of this to the pros. But what does a promise count after a year ... Nobody would mind if new users had to pay a monthly fee from now on. But asking existing customers to checkout again, even though enpass has promised not to do so, leaves a negative impression. You lost me and 6 other customers ...

  2. Is that true that you try to monitize again Lifetime Pro User? I'm really happy with Enpass the tool is just great! Butt with passwords trust also plays a very important role. You worte: Will the existing Enpass Pro users be charged again? No, never! The Pro users on any platform will not be charged again and will never be forced to subscribe. Would complimentary subscription users not get future updates? All Enpass Pro users will continue to receive future app updates and new Pro features that we’ll release over time – for lifetime, on all platforms. https://www.enpass.io/blog/general/how-will-our-subscription-model-affect-existing-users/ Your media in Germany is currently very bad and I'm sure if you relase a lot of users will move to an other tool. I will also go. https://stadt-bremerhaven.de/enpass-passwort-manager-moechte-pro-nutzer-zur-kasse-bitten/

  3. Hi there, I would like to ditch Authy and export it's TOTP tokens for use in Enpass, however... Currently, Enpass does not seem to respect the key URI format period parameter, and continues to generate codes at a 30 seconds interval. Here's an example of the URI exported from Authy using authy-export (with secret obviously redacted): otpauth://totp/Twitch?digits=7&period=10&secret=ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ Thanks in advance, Jacob F.

  4. Why are Pro users not offered a discounted upgrade version to the Premium Lifetime license? That would be acceptable, at least for me, if you pay once for new versions. But to move Pro users to a subscription model now is a no-go for me. That's what I thought too. After Pro comes Premium, then Platinum, Diamond and finally the great VIP status.

  5. I use one of the new "premium" lifetime memberships, so this change does not affect me. But I have a question: When do you plan to release a "platinum" membership for which I have to pay again? Like you did it now with the "pro" customers.

  6. I am also very disappointed, my switch to bitwarden worked smoothly today.

  7. Dear users, We understand and relate to your issues by reading your reactions. However, we're here to shed some light on how we aim to handle Pro users now and in future. As promised, the existing Pro users will continue to enjoy all the Pro features without any additional cost. We will keep on polishing the app with new updates. Furthermore, we will continue to add more Pro features in future at no extra cost. However, with time we have to release features that make Enpass better, with added security and productivity which requires recurring operational costs. Hence these overheads are difficult to cover from a one-off cost of Pro-license, and that is why we need monetary inputs from users at a minimal cost. With that said, rest assured, Pro users are not compelled to pay once again for Premium features and can continue to enjoy Enpass Pro along with new Pro features. Thanks.

  8. If Enpass will really go that way I will be out as well - please be aware that many users trusted you when switching the pay model. Been an early user who paid for Enpass on several platforms and this feels like getting ripped off.

  10. If they decide to let the pro-users pay again, I'm gone. There are still enough other good alternatives. They break their promises again
