    Hi @MikeR,

Thanks for sharing the details and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused you.

Could you please try enabling the 'Match URL Hostname' in Enpass browser settings and then try to autofill the same. If the problem persists, please let me know.

    Thanks for your co-operation.

thanks that seems to have sorted out the issue.

  2. I'm on MacOS Mojave 10.14.2 running Enpass Beta 6.0.0 (250)

When using Chrome or Safari on an external screen (HP w2207h) resolution 1680x1050 the enpass popup appears with the top part of it out of screen, I cannot get to it to see searches or move it.

Doesn't do it when I drag the browser into my MacBook Pro's default screen.

Strange issue but does get a bit annoying. I've quit + reopened and still does the same thing.

If I minimise the window I can see the top, but you can see that the alignment of the popup in relation to the helper button on the browser is the same, (i.e. it should launch with the top of the helper a bit lower down)

    • On which device (along with OS version) you are using Enpass?
    • Which Enpass and Enpass extension version you are using?
    • Are you using any Antivirus or third-party security-related extension?
    • Are you using both Enpass 5 and Enpass 6 version simultaneously on your device? In case if you using version 5, please close it and check.

In addition to the info in my post above

    - Enpass 6.0.0 (250)

    - Extension

    - No AV / security extensions in Chrome

    - Only using Enpass 6

  4. When this happens to me on my Mac (MacOS Mojave 10.41.1) using Chrome (latest version 70.0.3538.110) the Enpass app tries to open and then closes immediately, every time I click retry nothing happens and I cannot open the Enpass app either.

The way I resolve this is to open Activity Monitor.app and force kill the Enpass process (there is usually one running with very high CPU), I did restart chrome as well but I'm not sure if that's necessary. I then open the Enpass app directly and try again with the Chrome plugin and it works.

Hi @Vikram Dabas (You sent me a personal message, but the forum wouldn't allow me to respond, something about being blacklisted!).

(Also relevant to anyone having issues with doing a cloud-sync).

Going to Enpass Settings > Security, I disabled "Lock on Leave" and set the Autolock to "5 minutes". Now when I try to set up cloud-sync, the Enpass redirects me to Google/Microsoft/Etc as per usual, and on returning to the app it is still unlocked, allowing it to correctly finalise the syncing procedure. You can change your autolock settings back after this if you want.

    Thanks for the suggestion!

    Edit: Tagging those that have reported a similar issue @Sleeepy2 @Mateusz @mjeshurun @MikeR @JeffB

    thanks this worked for me

Apologies for the trouble. We are aware of some issues in the sync functionality and are working to get everything back up and running again normally ASAP. We appreciate your patience while we work through this. Thanks.

Having the same issue with Google Drive sync (drop down goes back to None); Galaxy S8 running Android 8.0.0.

    Hope the fix comes soon..
