1. 6.7.2 is not the latest version of Enpass for Mac. Try upgrading to 6.7.4. 
2. Remove iCloud syncing from your vault, remove the copy in iCloud if needed. Then set up syncing to iCloud again. 
3. When asked to authenticate, let Safari launch. You will be asked via a special drop-down sheet if you want to log in with the currently active iCloud account. Make sure you don’t log in that way. Refusing will present the standard login screen for your iCloud account. Make sure you check the box to remember this login and then log into the appropriate iCloud account. 
4. Once authenticated and passed back to Enpass, you should remain logged in unless your iCloud password is changed or you invalidate logged in sessions or you have some process that cleans up files related to Enpass in the background or you are logged into a guest account.

more than one year later I am still facing the same issue..

Enpass Version is 6.7.2 (887)

MacOS Version is 12.0.1

MBP 16" with M1 Pro

I would really love to not reauthorize Enpass in iCloud after every startup.

For quick troubleshooting, disconnect the sync from all the devices and reconnect it again. Also, make sure you have enabled " keep me signed in" as mentioned in this FAQ. If the issue persists, let us know.

iCloud sync is not working for me too.

I am using macOS Catalina 10.15.4

Enpass Version: 6.4.1 (643)

I always get the error that the iCloud Session would be expired. If I sign in again it works for that session - if I reboot the mac it won't work anymore and I have to sign in again.

I hope this issue gets resolved soon - with iOS I don't have these problems...

I got the same problem. iOS Devices are working fine.
