charlotte Posted March 21, 2020 Report Posted March 21, 2020 Hello, I'm using Enpass Version 6.0.1 on my MacBook. After a software update, I wanted to start enpass. I was first asked to allow Enpass access to my documents, which I thoughtlessly denied. Now of cause it does not connect to my account and can't recognize my password. How can I allow access now? I never made a backup elsewhere. So I can only use the data enpass stores in my documents. I tried to just download a later version, but for a setup was asked for a password to my backup, so couldn't solve the problem that way. /: Kind regards, Charlotte

charlotte Posted March 23, 2020 Author Report Posted March 23, 2020 Hi Samuela, I didn't find the 6.0.1 version on this site. Hence tried the current version, but failed due to not having a back-up with the required password.

Please confirm if you remember the master password of the vault's data or have you forgotten the password? Also, is there any other device on which you are able to access Enpass data? Thanks.
