CaryV Posted August 15, 2017 Report Posted August 15, 2017 Windows 10 and Android not in Sync Hi I purchased Enpass for my Windows 10 PC but will not sync to my Android devices My Android Phone continues to say I have the trial version and i should upgrade to Pro version. I have synced Android and PC to Dropbox Please need suggestions ....Cary

I would like to share that purchasing Enpass on one platform will not let you use the full version on another platform because of the platform specific restrictions. For example, all the purchases on Windows Store are managed by Microsoft and will not be accessible on Android or iOS Store. If Enpass would have been online and subscription-based software then we could have shared your account details across platforms to enable full version.
