bobh
I have an older MacBook Pro, late 2011. The macOS is High Sierra, V 10.13.6. Can’t update anymore since my MacBook is older. I've used Enpass since 2014 and never had any major problems. For some reason after installing the new update, Enpass 6, the screen is completely blank (white) after opening Enpass. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a couple times, no help. I thought it might be a compatibility issue with my older MacBook. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Garima Singh
Hey @bobh Thanks for writing in. Our team has fixed similar issues of macOS High Sierra in the v6.6.0 release of Enpass. Please wait for the same version to be released and then share your findings with us. Thanks for the co-operation.
bobh
Garima, Thank you for the reply. I’m using Enpass V6 already. Do you mean an update of Enpass will be released? I can’t update the macOS, because of the age of my MacBook? Please let me know. Thanks Kind regards, Bob
