ErnstB Posted July 29, 2021 Report Posted July 29, 2021 Hi On my Windows 10 PC I am trying to login my Icloud Enpass Synchro-Backup and get Synchrerror message. It is asking me for a password (see attachment) What password? None I have is working (iCloud, Enpass, etc.). I have never used any. Thanks for your help to clarify this urgent situation! Ernst
Gulshan Dogra Posted July 30, 2021 Report Posted July 30, 2021 Hi @ErnstB, Thanks for reaching out to us. This generally happens when you have recently changed master password on one of your device. Enpass force you to have same master password on all devices. To remove this error, enter the latest master password in the prompt. This will change master password of Enpass data on all devices. Let us know if this not the case. Thank you.
