Syncing vaults between IOS mobile app & desktop

I have made a secondary vault in my computer version of Enpass but cannot access it on my mobile app.

Welcome to the Enpass Community!

You can access the secondary vault on your iOS mobile app by first setting up a sync on your PC Enpass app and then restore the vault on your iOS device.

Welcome to the Enpass Forums.

I would suggest making sure that you’re entering lowercase, uppercase letters and symbols correctly, and try copying the master password by writing it on a notepad first, then pasting it to see if it works. You can also refer to this link for more information.

i have purchased Enpass on my Iphone X and have entered some data. i have also downloaded Enpass on my laptop windows with the same password and login.

i am unable to to transfer the data to my laptop/

You need to turn on synchronization of your chosen vault(s) and use the same service and location on both iOS and your desktop. (iCloud, Dropbox, NextCloud, etc.) or use WiFi synching and make sure both are on the same physical network and WiFi synching is enabled and active.
