I have enabled the use of a PIN but its never asked for. I always have to enter the master password. Works fine on my Galaxy S9 but not on my new tablet Galaxy TAB A running Android 11

Anyone else have a similar issue?

I will gladly help you with your query. Please check the below settings once and let me know if you have enabled them.

  1. The version of the Enpass app.
  2. A screenshot of any error occurring would be helpful.

Thanks for the screenshot. I didn't have 'Lock on leaving' checked and this appears to have solved the problem. I would say that having to have this option checked can be a little inconvenient as there are times when I want information and have to switch back and forth between Enpass and the browser.
