It's absolutely painful.  Enpass keeps failing to connect when I click its Chrome icon or the desktop menubar icon.  Then, when I try to open the Enpass application, It freezes (beach ball).  The only way to temporarily "fix" the problem is to use Activity Monitor to force-quit the frozen Enpass process.  Then, I have to reconnect Enpass to the Chrome browser.  It works for a login or two, but it freezes again.  Can't take this anymore.  I paid in advance for a year, so please resolve this issue ASAP!

Thank you for reporting the presence of this issue. In order to investigate it better please help me with the following details:

  1. Share the details of the Enpass version and Enpass extension version installed in the Chrome browser.
  2. Did you install it from a store or our official website?
  3. Are you getting any error messages? If yes, share a screenshot.

1.  Enpass 6.7.4 (938)

2.  Mac App Store

3.  No error messages.  The Chrome extension just inexplicably loses the connection, searches for the app, can't find the app, tells me to try again (to no avail), and the app freezes as soon as I open it.
