August 8, 20223 yr Hi @chribonn Thanks for sharing the details. It seems that you are using an older version of Enpass on your Windows device. Please update your Enpass app to the latest version (6.8.2) and share your findings with me.
August 8, 20223 yr Author Thanks @Abhishek Dewan I was under the impression that Enpass updated automatically. Is there a way to do it? I am not using the Windows Store version.
August 9, 20223 yr Hi @chribonn You can update your Enpass app by going to Menu (Hamburger Icon) -> Help -> Check for updates.

August 10, 20223 yr Hi @chribonn Thank you for the suggestion. The app downloaded from the Windows/MacApp Store is automatically updated. However, if the application is downloaded from our official website, the user may have to update the app manually. I have also shared your comments with the team for further improvements in this matter.
