NeoDee Posted July 22, 2023 Report Posted July 22, 2023 Hello, since my Phone updated Enpass to version 6.9.0 the app crashes after Login with FaceID or after putting in the password. It says validating and then crashes. in Safari the Autofill function is still working, but the app itself is not usable. Restarting phone does also not solve the problem… regards 1
banana Posted July 23, 2023 Report Posted July 23, 2023 I also have the same problem. I’m a Personal user and using a key file with my mater password. Suspecting the strengthened security to be a cause for it. Does anyone have any ideas to solve the problem?
LiBouh Posted July 23, 2023 Report Posted July 23, 2023 Same. Keeps crashing on launch since 6.9.0 upgrade. iPad pro M2. Restarted it, same issue.
Abhishek Dewan Posted July 24, 2023 Report Posted July 24, 2023 Hi @all After bringing this matter to the attention of our development team, we can confirm that they have successfully reproduced the issue. Regrettably, at the moment, there is no known resolution or fix for the reported concern. However, our specialist team has prepared a workaround that we recommend using in the meantime. We want to assure you that Enpass has assigned this issue high priority, and our team is diligently working towards a swift resolution. Your continued support and patience throughout this process are highly valued. Workaround: If you have created a manual backup or have synchronized your Enpass data, we kindly suggest reinstalling the app as a temporary solution. #SI-3404
jd71 Posted October 4, 2023 Report Posted October 4, 2023 I’m suffering the same problem with Enpass 6.9.2 on iOS 12.5.7 (older iPad Air). The app is crashing as soon as it’s unlocked by the passphrase. I followed the workaround suggested by @Abhishek Dewan but to no avail. Now the app crashes directly after registration or adding the vault from WebDAV. Any advice?
