Little additional vault with 26 items sync fine but large vault 153 items fails with strange error: Synchronization error Please check your internet connection or try again later Same thing on windows and ios... Moreover, if you add storage on a new device, the data appears and is synchronized almost instantly Edited August 16, 2023 by iTeeLion
Abhishek Dewan Posted August 17, 2023 Report Posted August 17, 2023 Hi @iTeeLion For troubleshooting purposes, please follow the below steps - Disconnect the synchronization from the connected device and then enable the synchronization by following the steps in the link. Also, try restarting your Webdav server. Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists. After creating a manual backup of your Enpass data, try reinstalling the app on the affected device. If the issue persists, please share the below details with me, and I’ll have this checked for you - The version of the Enpass app and OS you are using. Any VPN/Firewall/Antivirus service you are using. If possible, kindly create a Webdav demo account and DM me its username, URL and password.
