macOS Sonoma: Enpass Safari extension and Mac App freezing frequently

This happens sometimes, maybe once a day or every two days. Couldn't find a pattern:

When the Mac wakes up from sleep and I want to access a website using the Safari extension of Enpass, I see just an empty blue square (see picture) - normally I should be able to open it with Touch ID at this point. Also the menu bar icon and the Enpass app itself are not accessible then. I have to quit (sometimes force quit) the app and start it again to use it.

For troubleshooting purposes, kindly create a manual backup of your Enpass data and proceed with reinstalling the application. Should the issue persist, please provide details on the Enpass app version and the operating system you are using, and we will investigate this matter for you.
