metropical Posted December 12, 2023 Report Share Posted December 12, 2023 both macs have the same version, 6.9.2, but are on diff OS, if that matters. Both are on same local wifi. Firewall is set to pass Enpass data. But the method to sync as described on the webpage goes nowhere. Neither install sees the other vault. What am I doing wrong.? Mohit Thapa Posted December 21, 2023 Report Share Posted December 21, 2023 I would suggest you disconnect the Wifi-Sync server from the connected devices and set it up by following the steps in the link- https://www.enpass.io/wifi-sync/ or manually by following the steps in this link - https://www.enpass.io/wifi-sync-manual-setup/ Ensure that you have allowed access to Enpass in your Firewall/Antivirus Settings. Moreover, if you are using any VPN service, try disabling it to check if the issue persists. You can also refer to this highly useful troubleshooting guide in case you get the same error after creating a manual Wifi-sync server - https://www.enpass.io/troubleshooting-wifi-sync/ Otherwise, create a manual backup of your Enpass data and then reinstall the app on the affected device.
