Can't sync to WebDAV anymore

Featured Replies

Hi,

since the last update, I'm unable to sync to my OwnCloud instance via WebDAV anymore. On all devices I receive the error code 904035 ("Something went wrong while syncing with WebDAV. Error code 904035"). Other apps have no problem using WebDAV though.

I'm using Enpass 6.11.0 (1676) from the Mac App Store on macOS  Sonoma 14.5 and Enpass 6.11.1 (843) on iOS 17.5.1.

Do you have any suggestions what to do? I already deleted the app and reconfigured the sync on both devices without any luck.

In our thorough investigation, we found that 904035 error is thrown due to SSL Handshake failure between server and client. Please try the below steps when setting up sync with WebDAV -

Enable Bypass SSL certificate verification checkbox:

For iOS -

If the issue still persists, please create a demo account for your WebDAV with mentioned certificate enabled and DM me the URL, username and password.

Thanks for your help (and hint)! I checked the SSL configuration of the server and noticed a little issue. Work's again!
