JeffB Posted September 18 Report Share Posted September 18 (edited) I noticed in the last few weeks that Enpass Android hanging while trying to sync. Using version 6.11.1.1022. If I wait, it will eventually come back, but it can be 15 to 30 seconds. It can by during autofill, or updating entry. It happens some with OneDrive, but particularly bad with Box. Box is so bad, it is unusable as sync target. Workable but a nuisance at times. Phone: OnePlus N10 5G running Android 11. Model BE2028. Amandeep Kumar Posted September 24 Report Share Posted September 24 The sync times you're describing, especially the 15 to 30-second wait, shouldn't be happening. To help address the issue, please try the following steps: Clear the Enpass cache: Go to Settings -> Apps -> Enpass -> Storage -> Clear Cache. Reauthenticate the sync service: Disconnect from OneDrive and Box, then reconnect them in Settings -> Vaults. Ensure you're running the latest version of Enpass by checking for updates in the Play Store. If the problem persists, please let us know so we can investigate further.
