Not able to reset App on Device

I try  to"reset" the app on my device. The app don't accept my Master Password. I'am sure that it is correct, but ok.

So i try to uninstall the app. Before uninstalling i deleted the cache and data under Settings / App/... .
The I unistalled the app. But after installing from the Store i will be asked for the Master password.

Tried a couple of things. Looking for a folder on the device. Cleared data and cache, uninstalled, rebooted...

Nothing works. There is noway to start from the scratch (may be that i can make a "hard" reset for the device....).


Any idea how to get rid of the Master Password nightmare?????

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Please follow these troubleshooting steps and let me know if the problem persists:

  • Quit Enpass (If running).
  • Go to Device Settings --> Backup & Reset --> Disable Automatic restore.
  • Goto Settings--> Manage Applications--> Click Enpass--> Clear cache and data
  • Now open Enpass --> It will prompt you a Welcome Screen.
