Petrinho Posted October 26, 2018 Report Posted October 26, 2018 Hi, the extension doesn't work; it works only if enpass app is running. Safari report the message "enpass connection error" and i just tried to enable/disable "verify browser" thanks
Realmann69 Posted October 28, 2018 Report Posted October 28, 2018 I have exactly the same problem. I use the Chrome version 70.0.3538.77 (Official Build) (64-bit) and the Apple operating system Mojave. Can you take a look at it and help? I've already uninstalled both programs and reinstalled Enpass and Chrome. Can you help?
Anshu kumar Posted October 29, 2018 Report Posted October 29, 2018 Hey guys, Sorry for the trouble you are going through. I will really appreciate if you can perform following troubleshooting steps and share the output via support@enpass.io Verify from the 'Activity Monitor' if an executable with the name 'Enpass Helper' is running. If yes, please run this command in the terminal and share the results: lsof -i:10391 Where 10391 is the port number and if there is no output (blank), please try with other port numbers between 10391 to 10395. Also, please let me know are you facing the same problem with other supported browsers too? Thanks for your co-operation.
mrspambucket Posted November 5, 2018 Report Posted November 5, 2018 (edited) Hi guys, interesting problem. 1) I am also running Safari browser 12.01 with Mojave. I am just now enabling the Enpass Extension. Have you been able to resolve this issue? Any traps or other problems I should be on the lookout for? 2) Should I be disabling the built-in Safari password manager completely for Enpass to run or is it required for the program to function? Thanks a bunch. ~spambuckets Edited November 5, 2018 by mrspambucket
