If I switch windows (on phone only - PC PIN works) to any other app even momentarily , I have to reenter Master PW. Extremely frustrating. Anshu kumar Posted March 5, 2019 Report Share Posted March 5, 2019 Hey @NordicNorm , Enpass requires Master Password in following scenarios even if the PIN is enabled: When the app is closed manually. Device is rebooted. When too many apps are active in device background (in this case OS automatically kills some apps to claim memory). Hope this helps! Conclude my phone lacks sufficient? memory to run only enpass and one browser instance... Else, merely going to background causes Enpass PIN open to fail to work.
