After Syncing successfully Item is not showing

Hello,

After synchronizing successfully with Onedrive, the new version of enpass,password item is not showing. It is blank. it is showing 'All the items of each category combined will appear here'. I have synched already 2 days still there is no items are showing.

please find the attachment as the screen shot of my setting in android phone.

Sorry for the trouble you are going through.

Please share some more info so that we can investigate where the problem could be.

  • Which Android device and Android version are you using?
  • Which Enpass version are you using?
  • Are you able to access Enpass data on any other device? If yes, please share the OS version and Enpass version.
