Master Password not working
If the master password isn't working on your device, then you can restore your database via cloud sync. To reset Enpass, rename the Enpass folder where all the Enpass files are saved. For Traditional Windows, Mac (the website version) and Linux app, the default location of Enpass data are in Documents.

How to keep Enpass in background to avoid entering in master password?
Enpass requires the master password in the following scenarios even if the PIN is enabled: 1. when the app is closed manually. 2. device is rebooted. 3.when too many apps are active in the device background (in this case, OS automatically kills some apps to claim memory) Also, you can use the Fingerprint/Bio-metrics from the Enpass Security settings to avoid using Enpass master password altogether.

Login not syncing
To troubleshoot this issue, you need to check your firewall settings and let the Enpass app and Wi-Fi Sync Server communicate over your network. Open System Preferences, then click Security & Privacy. Click Firewall, then click Firewall Options. Allow incoming connections for Enpass and wifisyncserver_bin.

WebDav sync not working
In your iPhone's Settings app, go to Privacy > Local Network. Find Enpass in the list of apps, and turn on the Local Network Access option. If Enpass does not appear in the list, return to your Enpass app, reconnect the WebDAV sync, and allow permission. Regards, James

Help Please. How do I stop Sync ?
To check your network type on the server, go to Device Settings > Network and Internet > Status > Properties > Network profile. It would be either “Public” or “Private”. If Windows had already displayed the Firewall popup and you don’t know which option you selected, follow these instructions to reset the access permission for Enpass Wi-Fi Sync Server. Open Windows Device Settings > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall > Allowed apps. Navigate to wifisyncserver_bin. Select wifisyncserver_bin and click Remove. Now open Enpass and go to app settings > Wi-Fi Sync > Stop Server. Restart Enpass and go to app settings > Wi-Fi Sync > Start Server. When the Windows Defender Firewall popup is displayed, click the corresponding Private or Public checkbox and ‘Allow Access’. Regards, James

2fa is not recognized.
You can mark this issue as resolved. It was only a short time due to time constraints. The device has resynchronized with the NTP server. Found a similar thread on the forums to point me in the right direction.
