Hello, Can you add a field in the password generator to type in certain special characters that should be excluded from the generated password? There are many websites (mostly banks) which put some restriction on the set of special characters that can be used in the password, so it'll be nice if the generator can handle this. Hi there, I'm a long time user, and generally a big fan of Enpass across my devices. I recently updated the certificate on my Webdav instance and hit sync on my devices, and no notification was given on this change. Given the nature of Enpass, I believe at minimum a notification should come up advising the certificate has changed and requesting a confirmation of trust. Some sort of certificate pinning solution would also work. I use Let's Encrypt, so this would be inconvenient to me (given it updates every 3 months or so), however I feel the security/convenience trade off is fine. Thanks

First of all, thank you for developing this great tool and provide it at a very low cost. This is not a feature for everyone, but could be very helpful if you have multiple accounts for one site. I have 11 Google accounts. When enpass detects google, it only shows me related entry. But i want to search within these results so that I don't need to manually pick one. Currently, if i search something, it always looks for it in the whole database. I have abandoned 1passwod long ago. I don't remember exactly, but I think 1passwod has this feature.

Hi I have a feature request respectively an idea. I support family members and friends. Therefore I have also stored the data of this persons also in enpass but I don't need this logins often. Therefore it is not very comfortable that when I need to login to a website that also all other login data will be provided. Attached to this post is a screenshot. Only one of the logins is my own account. The others are family members. Therefore It would be a good improvement to be able to separate them from my own data. Could be an option for the entrys like "Don't display" or put them in a separate location / database or similar

Hi, I would like to suggest that you implement a feature (like in 1password) what I miss most in enpass. The kind view if you show a password. on the one hand it is possible to just show the password in standard signs and different colors for letters, special characters and numbers and on the other hand it is possible to view a password in big signs and different colors. This would be a huge improvement for enpass I think.

In the top bar of Ubuntu Bionic, the Enpass icon is nearly invisible. Can the visibility of the icon be restored as it was in Ubuntu Xenial?

Hello, Have you planned to supply an extension (or SDK) allowing to use Enpass form any iOS app (not only browsers)? I ask this question because customers would be pleased to see me adding this feature to my iOS app. Cheers

I think, it would be better if attachments (files) would be saved in a separate encrypted database (linked by a record id with main?). It will keep main data file small enough and syncronization will be faster, as attachments aren't changed often.

It would be really cool if users could create a login when they are signing up in another app. So, when the user clicks the notification, Enpass opens to search for the appropriate login, but if there is none we should be able to create a new one and put it into the app we came from. I hope you understand what I mean.

Hi, I'm new to Enpass and just installed the android client. I immediately run into a misssing function. When I am on one of the lists with items (websites), I see in alphabetical order the items. When I longpress an item I get 4 options. I am on Dutch version so hopefully translate correctly: remove/delete, favorite, copy password, go to URL. What I miss in this context menu is the option 'copy username'. Many thanks for adding this in the future. Best regards, Frank

A long, long time ago (I couldn't even find the topic anymore) I asked if you could support logging in into Enpass using Windows Hello on the Desktop application, so it could also be used in the browser extensions (that's how your system works, right?). You replied that the Windows Hello APIs aren't available on the Windows desktop. Hi Team, Just wonder if I found a bug or a limitation. When i change a password on a website Enpass pop up and ask me if i want to update the existing login and when i say yes then the password on the login in Enpass updates just fine. But if i log in to a website, change the username, then log out and log back in with the new username but same password. Enpass pop up and ask if i want to create a new item or update an existing item. When i select update and press ok i am getting logged in to the website but nothing has changed in Enpass. the username still shows the old username. I guess a card expiration reminder would be a very useful feature for everyone. I've got about 30 different card types and it's quite annoying to browse through all of them. A recycle bin would also be helpful for keeping the history.

Hi, currently in the "Password check" section of the left panel you can see the "old password", where old means: 1 month 2 months 3 months It can be useful to customize the "old" meaning... 3 months is really a short period for me. For example, I wish to see passwords that I'm not changing for 1 year.

I would love to see a note or textarea field type, for things like 2 step verification codes or account recovery words. I've noticed I put this info into the note area, but it feels a bit insecure there, I'd love a sensitive textarea field and do it that way instead.

Hi, I wanted to suggest bringing all Enpass options to the helper window in form of an icon bar. Currently, there are only two icons (new password and lock enpass), while there are three other menu options hidden behind a down arrow (Show Enpass, Quit Enpass, Clear Recent). I suggest making an icon for every of those action and removing the downward arrow altogehter. Another good thing would be an edit button for each entry so that one could directly jump to the full Enpass edit window (useful for adding additional data such as user account number, urls, etc). Minor UX issue in the Firefox extension, possibly others: When a site is autofilled and the password is submitted, the extension asks if you want to update the password for the site, despite the password being unchanged from what was autofilled. Hi It would be so nice if it is possible to equip the browsers plugins with an extra "Folder" pull-down menu. I have made several folders in the desktop app. I would like to see that I can pull down a Folders Icon which will list all folders I made for quick access. Reason is I have multiple logins for some sites. I would to access these logins through the Folders.

Hi! First of all, Enpass is awesome and legen... wait for it... dary! At the login entries, there is a box with lines like this: Email johndoe@... Password ******** Strength Strong (or Weak or whatsoever) URL https://.... I think it would be nicer (and cleaner) if password strength appeared at the same line that password is. Near the little eye and the copy icons. It should be the whole word (similar to what is right now) or even an icon indicating password strength. Maybe something colorful like red for weak, yellow for fair, green for strong, blue for super strong etc. Please, see attached files.

This was a different thread that was closed - due to "windows wont let us do this". In fact, you are incorrect and have been at least since Windows 10 Version 1709. For proof, please see the app "Ear Trumpet", which is a brilliant volume control app that replaces the windows built-in volume control. It totally opens and minimizes back to the system tray. It auto-starts on boot. In fact, I think Enpass should work just like it. @Akash: Please revisit your answer to that closed thread? Please stop using Windows as an excuse why things don't work. ;-)

If Apple has an API for this, it would be great if it was possible to sync credentials to the iCloud keychain.

in Roboform i can use my Fingerprintreader (Windows 10 Desktop) to unlocking my passwords. Why cant you do this for Enpass, too? thanks pit
