Feature requests

I use Enpass to manage passwords outside of web pages. I would like to request a "Quick Select" of passwords and OTPs from the menu-bar icon search, maybe via a right-click or a small icon in the result list.

Just like there is a "All Elements" and "Favorites" tab in the upper-left corner, it would be extremely useful to have a tab, that list the items that was just created!... OR perhaps a sorting function in the "All Element" tab...

Hi, First - Thanks for all the work you do this is truly an amazing application. I do have a feature request and I attempted to searched to make sure no-one else had already requested it. I would like the ability to set a flag/parameter on a folder or individual login/password/etc entry so that it does not appear when making a global search. I have some old accounts that are dead that I like to keep in a "Dead" folder but sometimes they appear when I am searching for other items. Thanks Again!

Sorry, was trying to post this to "Enpass Support & Troubleshooting" or "Autofilling and Desktop Browser Extensions" but cannot add a new post there. I have issues with using Enpass with my bank account (website: https://mijn.ing.nl/login/ ) since a few weeks. It worked fine, but maybe the website changed something. Enpass only shows recent items when I click on the enpass extension in Chrome. It does work with all (or most, did not test all :-) ) of my other accounts/websites in Enpass.

As we know - Enpass supports Android Wear watches. But what about other big market - Samsung Gear? Can you create app for Samsung Gear like for Android Wear?

I keep my passwords in a USB key. I think Enpass has a pretty good alternative. I have a couple of questions and a couple of suggestions: 1. When sync'ing to cloud, please confirm that all transmissions are https and/or encrypted with a valid certificate? Cortana use cases: 1. Hey Cortana, Get "title". This would search for the matching item and if it's a password, put the password into the clipboard. An audible signal would tell me it's done or failed. 2. Cortana on Android support. Authentication: 1. support multi-factor authentication for devices such as face-id for Android, fingerprint, etc. To avoid typing in a master password.

Hi, In order to improve security, it will be nice to have option to set encryption using key (additionally to master password). Integration secret key in native hardware-based credential storage (Keychains for Android, iOS, OSX) will make application more secure.

I have several passwords that I am forced to change much too often because the people in charge don't understand security very well. School, work, government sites/applications... they all do this. The configuration to store their requirements is somewhat simple, there are only so many features (how often it expires, which patterns are allowed, disallowed, mandatory). It could be in an xml file, and Enpass could have a feature where it stored such a policy with feature. The policy would explain to and allow Enpass to change the password without user intervention (no more nagging notifications "your password will expire in 11 days, do you wish to change it now").…

Can we integrate the PC/Desktop app to use Windows Hello as a login option just as the iPhone app uses TouchiD/FaceiD? I have a laptop, iPhone, and Microsoft Surface Tablet and it would be great if the user experience could be similar across all platforms. This request was being worked on since last year and I am surprised that the MS Store App version of Enpass is NOT updated to use the Windows Hello feature since they promised to include this functionality in a newer version of the app.....! Hello, I used 1password before and i am a little disappointed now. I often use the password manager to log in to websites or apps. I can use the enpass extension here but always have to enter the master password. Touch ID or Face ID only work in the main app but not in the extension. This was much more comfortable with 1password. Is an update planned for the near future? Otherwise I will quickly cancel my purchase at Apple to get the refund and stay at 1password.

Hi there, I am really happy to have come across your password manager software, I have already moved everything over, purchased mobile versions and shut down the paid software i was using. My feature request is based on the use case of having multiple systems at work and at home using single sign-on or AD/LDAP for authentication which equals a lot of accounts with the same username and password. Is there a way to make a primary account (for example, "Active Directory Creds" and assign multiple sites underneath that entry to use the same logon information?) Right now I have App1 - username/password App2 - username/password App3 …

To be able to select categories for each vault seperately

I would like to change the name of the Vault, and maybe have different names in different computers, but the most important is to be able to change the name of the vault once its created or synced. Also, removing the Primary, and setting a new as a primary, so you can delete the one that is created by default if you allready have one created that you want to use as default.

I'm moving from 1Password because i now have several Linux servers to work with. I want the "One Time Password" field as in 1Password, you enter the secret phrase in that field and it will generate the OPT every 30s. Without it i have to use my cellphone to get the OPT and enter them manually, that not convenient. Also, i need to backup the secret phrase in case i lose my cellphone. Thanks

Can you make some changes so that the app would show the key press (Copy password / Copy login) in app's status bar with counter how many seconds left to remove information from clipboard. Thanks Much

Enpass doesn't search by few separated words (record named 'john smith card' not found by typing 'john card' in search bar). This is a big headache if you have hundreds of passwords. Can you add this feature in a future releases?

I would like to have custom categories or the possibility to change the names of the existing ones. This would be awesome. Thank you.

When showing the list of identical passwords, please also add the post which is identitcal. (So you know and you might want to change both) - Also, please add this as a warning allready when creating the password.

Hi, for me it would be very useful to edit the swipe gesture. After searching an item the delete function isn‘t be important. For me it would be very helpful to copy the password into the clipboard with one swipe. Like the functionality in 1passw.... THX Peter

Please add a folder at the top of the list named (no folder) or alike. This was I can find and re-organise items that aren't in a folder. Personally I don't use categories and arrange my items with folders only.
