Hey folks, Quick question for anyone that's willing to chime in. Looking for a bit of clarification on the different types/iterations of Enpass licenses. According to my app, I've got "Enpass Pro All Access (Lifetime)". I suppose some clarification on how or when I gained that would be useful but that's not really the main focus of this post. My actual inquiry is, is there an "Enpass Pro All Access (Lifetime) v2"? Today my app notified me about new functionality to automatically audit for breached websites and 2FA eligible but unregistered in Enpass sites. However, it wanted me to sign up for an ARC (annual recurring charge) to 'unlock' that functionality.…

Hi I am confused on how enpass licensing works. I see 3 different plans Individual Family One -time I don't get the difference between Individual and Family as in the features section it says you can make different vaults for different family members. So why do we need a family plan? I don't get the difference between one-time and the others. Is that a one time payment for individual plan? Do you get upgrades for life or stuck with the version that is available at the time of buying?

Can anyone tell me how I can log into the app as a Pro user again on a new iPhone? I'm really desperate !? I got such a cryptic email for Pro at that time ******@privaterelay.appleid.com. A code is sent to me there that I should enter in the app. Of course, that doesn't work because it's not a normal email account that I have access to. I have no idea where this code is going, in any case I don't get it and otherwise you cannot re-register as a pro user. Hi Enpass, I was wondering, what happens when Enpass servers are no longer reachable for whichever reason (firewall issues, Enpass stops existing, etc...). If I'm not mistaken, in the 'early' days, you purchased the app, and there was no Enpass server involved with activation, since purchasing the app was all there was to it. In theory, this meant that in 20 years from now, the application would still be fully operational, even if Enpass as a company no longer would exist (as long as the sync api's to the vaults themselves don't break). Hi, I've contacted Enpass through support form but no one reply it until now. Recently I changed my phone to iOS, before this I already have Enpass Life time license, but when I logged in my email to Enpass it says "Free User" so I press buy on iOS and now my account on iOS is 1 Year subscription not life time like on my android and laptop. How can I get change to life time just like my other devices?

I had to upgrade my work iPhone to install some work applications and in the process all apps disappeared. I installed Enpass again but it does not recognize me and my subscription. I can only use the trial version with up to 10 records only. how can I recover my pro version ? Thanks

A discount was offered to me for a one time payment (think it was 39.99€) for the premium features. It was labelled «Just today, just for Pro Users». I'm not gonna lie, I'm not super pleased to have to pay again, but on the other hand : - I kind of understand the reasoning behind it - I like enpass I guess I'm ok to help the team behind it - I've read an answer that states that you will not have another tier upgrade for which I will need to pay again in the future. My son an I are using individual plans since July 2020, as a family plan wasn't available then. I will now create a new family account for my wife and would would like to "seamlessly" switch my son and me from the individual plans to the new family plan (i.e. without having to maually transfer passwords from the old to the nrew accounts). It’s funny checking my bank statement 2 days ago on Feb. 16 to find a charge from “FS Enpass AMSTERDAM” for $59.99. When I did some google search, I found out that the only merchant with a product of this value, $59.99, is enpass.io. HOW was I charged when I don’t have an account with enpass? I’ve never had an account so how was enpass able to get my card details of someone who was never a client? I need answers from support as I tried emailing several times and nobody seems to reply. I want my money returned. Also, I neglect to mention that $59.99 was a promo they had down from $79.99, which is the yearly plan.

I bought Enapass when it costs a few euros and I have reinstalled a new account since I have forgotten the main password and it is impossible to recover it! I want to buy the app to use more than few password but.....now it costs more than 30 euros!! Hello, From my iPad (iPadOS version), I purchased the version on March 12: Onetime purchase- Premium, which is now fully functional on iPad. However, on my Android mobile phone this purchase was not taken into account despite the use of the same email address (same account) on my iPad and on my phone, why is this integrated purchase not active on Android as well? I have an iCloud account I use for for all things iCloud except it’s not my Apple ID for purchases. I purchased Enpass using my Apple ID for purchases but my passwords are synced using my iCloud account. when I try to restore my purchase on my new iPad it tells me I need to be signed into the same email I purchased it from. Strangely, the iCloud email is what seems to be on file with Enpass so why can’t I move data over. Still has me as a trial subscription. I’ve been able to move data to an iPhone and Mac all without issue and signed into my same iCloud Acct.

Previously I had purchased the annual package since last October 2020 and I was planning to renew my bill early by buying the package again. Will it go this way and buy now my bill will increase by one year with the next bill falling in October 2022 or will it change to June 2022?

Hi, I bought a Lifetime Premium license on the website but I used the wrong email address to link the license to. I logged in to the Enpass iOS app with my old email address and clicked change but it didn't transfer the license over - it just created a Lite account using my new correct email address. I sent an email to support@enpass.io containing my old email address (with the license linked), the new correct email address & a PDF with my purchase confirmation. Got assigned ticket number ECS-22510. Will support be able to transfer the license to the correct email address? Thank you. EDIT: Support fixed it. Thanks!
