I have installed Enpass locally and I've been using it for months now and I couldn't be happier. I have payed the one-time fee at $39.99. Now I want my family to use it but when I open the app on their phones it says I have to enter a subscription. What gives?

I would love if you could implement support for others browsers like Chrome on iOS. Coming from LastPass this is the thing I miss the most.

I am trying to enable my Apple Watch 2 to use Enpass but the app tells me there are no paired watches. The watch is definitely paired and I have the Enpass app loaded on it. How to fix?

In iOS 13.1 on both iPhone and iPad pro it is not possible to use Enpass correctly. The top bar is entirely white except for the Cloud icon. There is no way to add new entries.

I've updated the master pasword in my iOS app but the master pasword in the desktop app remains the old master pasword.

After installing your Windows Program and the manual I see, that for iCloud syncing "Enpass downloaded from MAC App Store only" is required, which I cannot find on any Apple store. 1. How do I sync best between iPhone, iCloud and PC (w/o WiFi)? 2. Ca anybody confirm, that syncing between iPhone and iCloud means backuping my Enpass data on iCloud 3. with synced Enpass program on PC can I backup Enpass data locally on my PC? Just downloaded EnPass but it won't let me sync to icloud. it's not an option.

The sync on my iPad is broken. I noticed it doesn't sync my data with my Windows and Android devices anymore. I sync over Onedrive and I can see that Enpass on my iPad creates a new folder "Enpass 1" in my Onedrive. Windows and Android sync to "Enpass". I don't get error messages in the app since the sync doesn't fail. I just syncs to a separate folder instead of using the same as the other apps.

I have one small issue with the iOS app: It does not sync automatically. I have to manually go to Settings > Sync, and it immediately starts sync'ing. Is there a way to set a sync interval, e.g., every hour? Or can it be set to sync immediately when something changes? This is with Dropbox as storage, not sure how it behaves with other cloud providers.

Hi, I am considering buying the pro upgrade of enpass. So far I downloaded the app on my mac (macOS 10.12.2) and on my iPhone 6 (iOS 10.2). I have entered 20 passwords and wanted to sync it to iCloud. While the mac does not give me any error, my iPhone does not sync. It says it is syncing but after a few minutes it throws the error code -118. No password have been synced. This error occurs both via WiFi and mobile data. Apparently another user has the same problem and reported it already two weeks ago:

Hi, since updating to Enpass 6.0.0 on iPhone SE iOS 12.1.2 I can't setup synchronization with Dropbox. Setup stalls when trying to sign in to Dropbox to link with Enpass: Syncing with Dropbox works with Win10 Desktop-Version and on iPad pro 10'' iOS 12.1.1. Workaround is syncing with iCloud, but I have to renew the link to iCloud in the Desktop-Version periodical. Any help to connect to dropbox with iPhone?

Hi, latest enpass does not crash anymore on IOS 9.3.5 but now autofill does not work with safari. from enpass safari starts but no password ... Safari on IOS 9.3.5 does not have the password-autofill-option like the later IOS versions have ... Enpass browser is missing badly, that worked like a charm, so, still an unusable situation on older IOS devices.

Enpass on iOS 17 is no longer using FaceID. There is no FaceID option in Settings > Security any longer. FaceID is enabled in the iOS settings for Enpass. Suggestions appreciated.

Hello My iphone and macboox no longer have the same passwords. My phone only has 57 of my passwords and my laptop has 150+/ How do i correct this issue? When it asks me to enter "the password of data" none of the passwords I think this might be work. How can I reset this password or resolve this issue? is there anyone at enpass I can call? Thank you

I have a iPhone Pro, with iOS 13. but my Face ID don, work with autofill. have a key-file to my Enpass library, and when I try open with PIN instead, the unlock button are behind the keyboard. why ain’t this working?

Ever since the last update, 5.5.7, Enpass no longer unlocks using FaceID on my iPhone X. FaceID works for everything else and it used to work. TouchID continues to work on my iPad. Any tricks on getting it working again?

Why is it that if you setup Enpass on iOS to use TouchID, it will always prompt for TouchID, even if the app is closed manually, the device is rebooted or there are too many apps in the background, but if you set it up with a PIN code it will only work if you don't have that many apps open? Hi, I would like to ask for help with the following issue - is it possible to change the location of the Enpass folder (created by default)? If so, how? Here is my situation: 1. On my Mac (iOS 10.14.6) Enpass created a default backup folder in Documents (ie. Documents/Enpass) 2. As i generally store all my app backups together in a different folder, I wanted to move the Enpass data there, too. So I tried: a) Simply moving the whole Enpass folder to that Backup folder (ie. Documents/App_backups/Enpass). This caused Enpass to not recognise my master password (even though it was 100 percent correct)). So I moved it back, logged into Enpass and trie…

Hey there, i have following Issue. On my Windows PC works syncing with WebDAV. On my iPhone it’s not working anymore. I got all the time the same error that my WebDAV is not founding. I tried to reinstall the App but still doesn’t work. Also tried to reset my network settings and the same thing. Hi i am running Nextcloud and Enpass autofills the credentials perfectly fine BUT when I click the login button I get an error saying “please enter the password”. I found a workaround: - let Enpass autofill the credentials - and then while the cursor is still in the password field I enter any character on the keyboard (just to “touch” the input field) and delete it again right away. - hit the login button and it works fine Is this an issue with how Nextcloud checks for the input?
