I have my work AD account stored in Enpass, and I've added multiple URL entries for the different subdomains at my org. When I visited one of these sites on my iPad, the autocomplete suggestion above the keyboard offered to log me in with that account (see screenshot below). However, it failed with an incorrect password every time. Eventually I figured out that another account in Enpass for a different subdomain was taking precedence and being used to fill in the login form. When I try to create a new password field for a login that already existed and then generate a password for it the Generate Password button doesn't do anything. The entry needs to be saved then reopened in order to get the password generate UI to show up. Tested on two different iPads, for different entries. This is only an issue for editing an existing entry, not for new ones being created. iOS 12.1.1 Enpass Version: 6.0.2 (210)

I messed up big time. FaceID wasn't working so I had the bright idea of deleting the app and reinstalling. However, I never knowingly backed up enpass, like an idiot. Is there a way to restore with just my username and master password?

Hi, my wife can not access her Enpass on her iPad anymore. It says she can only look at the +15 items when subscribing to a plan, only 10 show up. I have been using Enpass since five years and was always advocating it but this is by far the worst user experience I came across for a long time. What are we gonna do now? Changing all her passwords probably and switch to a better product if you can’t offer us a solution to this. We are not paying ransome!

I shifted to a new iPhone device iPhone Xr a few months back. Noticed today that there is no +/Add tab on the home screen. What can be reason? is it due to recent upgrading to iOS 13.1? Can it be due to the fact that my old device iPhone 6s still has Enpass app installed and working fine? Will it work if i delete my Enpass app from my old device? Is there a way to tell Enpass that the new device be registered as the primary one?

I have downloaded enpass for my iPhone 7 and on my MacBook pro. I have entered several passwords on my mac and have told both devices to sync over iCloud but none of my passwords appear on my iPhone. Any suggestions? I have enabled iCloud sync on both devices

Unable to sync using Google Drive between PC and multiple iOS devices. Sync attempt reports error due to different data files on Google Drive. All four of my devices have a data file with different number of password items. I can't figure out how to delete the data files from Google Drive and be able to start over with sync setup

I have multiple linux and android devices. I follow the recommendations from https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/28224-cant-sync-using-google-drive. I tried different Google Accounts too. Every time, no matter Primary or any other vault, the first device syncs well, the others fail to connect. Androids with "something went wrong", linux apps with "Sync error. Something went wrong while syncing with Google Drive. Error code: 409975" Please tell me how to provide more verbose info to you, thanks.

Cannot change credentials for cloud sync Hi, This issue has been bothering me for a long time but now I will report it and hopefully it gets fixed. Every time I change my password, Enpass sync breaks (of course) but it does not let me to update the password. I have to disconnect (delete the whole sync) and create it again. Yes, this means typing that long ownCloud webdav path, username and the new password. This is a major pain in my ass, especially when typing with mobile phone. Cannot sync from the iOS version of Enpass v6.0.1 (199) (and earlier v6) using Dropbox. This is under iOS 12.1.2 9 (iPhone Xs). Dropbox authentication within the Enpass iOS app works just fine, but when the initial sync occurs for the primary vault it results in a red "Sync error / Conflict in syncing data with Dropbox. Resolution required." ID/Passwords checked, double-checked against other working Dropbox accesses, re-tried multiple times. Disconnecting and reconnecting do not work; same error occurs (even after force-closing the app). Very angry and frustrated with Enpass dithering and poor support. This is follow-on to the problem with Enpass not syncing with Dropbox. 6.6.2 doesn’t solve it. I have deleted Enpass, redownloaded it, shut down the ipad and restarted it many times. Nothing works. I have restored the vault by manually downloading it into Enpass. Of course, Enpass documentation is wrong but it is easy to figure out. Now the problem is that it is impossible to set up syncing. The problem is that the dialog box for signing in to Dropbox displayed by Enpass does not allow signing in. Second, this dialog box provides a button to open Dropbox login in Safari. …

Receiving an enpass item into a phone running ios16 works- the user is prompted to open the file in enpass and the item is added. Receiving in ios17 results in no prompt and automatic saving to “Files”. there appears to be no way to open the saved file in enpass. Trying to “share” the saved file with enpass results in “invalid file”, or similar from enpass. no issues sending from ios17 device to ios16 device. is there a way to share individual logins via airdrop into iOS 17?

On my window version of enpass, the categories are automatically alphabetically sorted, which is fine. The same categories on my IOS version of enpass are not sorted. The are presented in the same sequence they were created. That is a problem because I created many new categories and It would be a lot better if the were presented in alphabetical order on all devices. Thanks

Hi, I would like to ask for help with the following issue - is it possible to change the location of the Enpass folder (created by default)? If so, how? Here is my situation: 1. On my Mac (iOS 10.14.6) Enpass created a default backup folder in Documents (ie. Documents/Enpass) 2. As i generally store all my app backups together in a different folder, I wanted to move the Enpass data there, too. So I tried: a) Simply moving the whole Enpass folder to that Backup folder (ie. My Enpass data is synced to the iCloud, but I can't change the location of auto backups. I navigate to Enpass/backups, but it won't back up to that location. In fact, I can't find the backups at all, unless I take a manual backup. Can anyone tell me how to change the backup location so that it works? Is there a default location? Please help. Thanks!

Hey there - since the update i have a few entrys in my database which i can't change. When i click edit - i can do everything ( change notes / change pw / etc... ) but after clicking on save all changes are gone. Im using the app on ios and mac - and its on both the same. Also the "last changed" field wont change! Please help me to fix this issue - this isn't really funny - and happens since the update. Regards Volker

Hi @all, I have successfully registrated me for the pro lifetime license, but I inserted by mistake my companies email address and not my private one. So I tried to change it, but without success. When changing the email I got the following messagers boxes: I proceed, that it will migrate my license to my new enter email. I get the follwing error.
