I have forgotten my master password, but I can still access all data (except the master password) using ios face identification. If I reset the master password I will lose all data. Is there a way to first back up the data since I have access to it with face id, then reset everything and recover from the back up or will I be asked for the master password when trying to recover?

I am using v6.8.7 (710) on iOs 16.4.1 I have vaults spread out on 2 different servers which are accessible at different times. On my Windows Desktop version, there is no issue and it updates the vaults it can find and those not available it states Sync Error. Thsi works fine. On the iOS version it seems to not have time-out for sync error and just keeps trying and trying and regularly freezes my phone in the process. It also then asks me to reenter my master password etc. Closing the app at this point doesn't really help (assuming it hasn't totally frozen) and I need to restart my iPhone instead.

Hello, I just tried to create a passkey for the Gemini app on iOS and an error comes up. Not sure if the issue belongs to Enpass or Gemini, but thought I would report it here just in case. Also interested to see if anyone else is experiencing something like this, be it with Gemini or any other apps. Image attached below.

Two days ago i installed the Enpass App on my I phone. Today I downloaded the Desktop version but I cannot open it with my master password. What am I doing wrong? Thank you for your help. Best, Stefan

Have been trying to sync from my Windows computer to iCloud. Hi everyone. I've had the paid version of enpass for about a year I reckon. I was pretty enthusiastic in the first few months because I have lots of passwords and I'm a nut for security just because. At first everything was great. Enpass worked everywhere.But then one site after another that changed from single page login to two page login began to become difficult. I had to start updating manually and things would go fine for a few days but now I have to manually set up the two pages login. With all the recent updates I’ve noticed and I’m not sure if it’s always been this way but do our passwords always sit on our preferred platform (in my case iCloud) in a file unencrypted? For some reason I remember stumbling into the file before and it was encrypted (unreadable). I go there now and I see they (all my passwords) are in plain language in a txt file unencrypted and readable. Did something change or am I misremembering the way it used to be?

Have email and masterpass password but did not back up to icloud and can login. I have been trying to find a browser or even login from an Android phone but I seem to be unable to enter my vault despite having the masterpassword etc. I need to enter the vault bc my iPhone Apple ID is stored in there and my phone is currently stuck at activation lock without gaining access to vault and getting my AppleID password. Hi, so far I have used Enpass on an iPhone and synced the passwords to a nextcloud. That worked fine so far. Unfortunately I have had to reset the iPhone and have now trouble to connect the nextclud file again. First, I'm not quite sure what to enter into the URL filed. Is it just the URL until the folder that contains the walletx file? Do I have to enter / at the end? Is it the complete url including the filename? If I just enter the URL (https://my.server.de/remote.php/dav/principals/users/Thorsten/Enpass/Enpass/sync_default.walletx) I'm getting this error : "Error could not establish conection with given WebDav-folder" (translated …

I forgot my master password can only use Touch ID，How to reset APP？ I have backed up the password I recorded in it。 Can I drop this password library? Ich changed the parameters of my my enpass-wifi-sync server and now i wish to reconfigure my iphone accordingly. For this, I would have to be able to - stop Wifi-sync - start Wifi-sync and change parameters. However Wifi-Sync on iPhone tries and tries and tries to sync. Then it stops with an error and the only thing I can do is make it start to try again, there seems to be no change to get to the configuration screen for Wifi-sync. As far as I can see, it is not possible to stop Wifi-sync and reconfigure sync mode.

I did the impossible and when I changed my password, I successfully changed it to something other than what I had thought I typed in. And thanks to Enpass you can’t actually see what you’ve typed in. So now it’s permanently lost to me. I followed instructions, delete the Enpass app, deleted the vault on OneDrive. And then thought I would be able to restore from a previous backup. There is no ‘restore from backup’ function that I can see. So does this mean I’ve lost absolutely everything? I’m desperate.

I have all my accounts and passwords set up in Enpass. I now want to start using auto generated passwords. What is her best process to retro fit generated passwords without having to renewer every account with its details into Enpass this auto generate? I have tried logging into a website, selecting create new in Enpass to get the correct web login address and saving a generated password. The problem then is that I have to change my password on the site and I can’t copy and paste the auto generated one. It seems that I am in a loop of not being able to do it. Any help would be appreciated as Enpass is a great program.

In the iOS version, how can we disable the 'Favorites' ? or maybe there is a way to have entries in both Favorites and its original sorted location. Personally I find the favorites feature frustratingly inconvenient. Thank you

I have a need to occasionally share my username and password over WhatsApp or messages. There is a share button available in the iOS app under each item. When I select it to share, recipient gets it as *.enpasscard which can’t be opened. How to share it it as a normal text pls using the share button? thx

I’ve been using Enpass on android and my Windows computer and generally keep the list of items in order of most recent. I now have the app on iOS and can’t find how to do that. is that option available on iOS?

Syncing IPhone 15 to PC I can sync Enpass to my IPhone 15 to Google Drive. I can not find the menu to sync Enpass on my PC to Google Drive. Anyone assist or any other way to sync an IPhone and PC.

When I login to a website with 2FA, Enpass enters the username/password. Then I am prompted for a 6-digit code. Enpass does not autofill this code. I go back to Enpass, look up the account, copy the code and then go back to Safari to enter the code. Is this the official way of doing this? I think it would be easier if Enpass autofills the 6-digit code. Or am I missing something?
