  1. OK sorry, i didn´t try to put in the master password ones. I thought there is no option for face ID at all in the extension but now it works. Many apologies, now i´m happy with the app.

  2. Got it working, it was just database corruption. Mr. Anshu kumar solve problem and did suggest next procedure; Step 1: Turn off the sync from all devices. Login into Google Drive in any Browser--> Open Enpass Folder --> Select Sync_default.walletx file --> Rename it as oldSync_default.walletx. Now open Enpass on your Windows PC and sync with Google Drive. Step 2: After successfully completing the above steps please perform these steps on the Android device. Uninstall Enpass from Android device. NOTE: Before uninstalling the app make sure you already got the backup of Enpass data. Install it again and restore the database from the Google Drive. Now perform the same steps which cause the app to crash and share your feedback. After these steps my Enpass works like a dream. Thank You

  3. RESOLUTION! I went into Android Settings > Apps and deleted all data from Enpass. Then it started as if new and gave me the option to restore my settings via cloud storage. All is well now.

  4. Hi @preacha Thanks for writing in. I would like to share that Enpass support unlocking the extension using Touch ID and Face ID, but when you're using the extension for the first time, you have to enter the master password. I would suggest you please try re-enabling the Touch ID or Face ID from Enpass settings if you haven't already. And if the problem persists, please let me know the iOS and Enpass version you're using so that we can investigate further. Thanks for your co-operation.
