  1. Hey guys, this has nothing to do with Enpass. Mozilla missed updating important certificates, which causes the issues you experience. To solve the problem you have two options: Wait for Mozilla to resolve the problem with e.g. a rollout of a new Firefox version Apply the studies mentioned in this post i.e. apply Firefox Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Allow Firefox to install and run studies. You can disable studies again once you restarted your browser. After (2) Enpass addon should work again. Duplicate of
  2. Looks like Version 6.0.6 (323) resolved the issue for me. Can the other authors confirm?
  3. For me, the first click on system reboot or system shutdown in Cinnamon closes Enpass. The second time I click on system reboot or system shutdown then powers off or reboots the system as expected.
  4. I was not aware that this feature has been removed from the Windows version too. Similiar issue for IOS https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/topic/5370-restore-backup-on-ios-via-wlan/

Can you link your duplicate thread mentioned in the post?
  6. Same problem with Linux Mint 19.1 Cinnamon and Enpass 6.0.4 (281)
  7. WLAN Restore Feature is also missing in IOS. See
  8. Thanks for your reply. There was no icon in the upper right corner. However, doing the reset as you instructed solved the problem. The thread can be closed then.
  9. Can you have a look at the Dropbox Support Forum Especially make sure you have no "content blocker" plugin, extension or app preventing Safari from loading content. However, usually, they are disabled in privacy mode. Is the "goofy looking icon" trick working?
  10. Hi, I just upgraded to Enpass 6.0 recently and miss the feature to restore from backups on my PC via WLAN. AFAIK this was supported in previous Enpass versions and has been removed in Enpass 6.0. I don't want to sync my devices since I use my phone's Enpass instance in a read-only manner. I don't own an owncloud server attached to my local network and don't want to share my wallet via cloud services like Dropbox, GoogleDrive, etc. What should happen? * On your IPhone in the Enpass app navigate to settings->extensions->Backup->Via Wlan * Open displayed the address on your PC and click on ""Restore from Backup" What happened instead? There is no button "Restore from Backup". There is only a "Download Backup" button. Tested on: IOS 12.1.2 IPhone 7 Enpass 6.0.0 (build number 196) 100% reproducible
  11. I see. What happens if you remove the "old" linked Enpass app in your Dropbox account yourself and do the linking again?
  12. Have you tried to link in privacy mode (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203036)? Maybe some cache or cookies prevent the linking. Is Javascript activated on your phone?
  13. Hi, foremost I would like to thank you for all of the efforts you put into Enpass-6.0. Like with every huge software update there are minor issues that slipped through quality assurance. One of them I like to report with this post: What should happen? When I open Enpass 6.0 on my IPhone 7 and send it to background via the Home-Button and open it again the Touch-ID verification should appear. What happened instead? Touch-ID verification does not appear. It asks for Master-Password Tested on: IOS 12.1.2 IPhone 7 Enpass 6.0.0 (build number 196) 100% reproducible
