Roland Posted October 20, 2019 Report Posted October 20, 2019 Suddenly I get the message "The maximum storage quota has been reached". What does it mean? Cant I save anymore now, I have some 250 passwords. I paid for the app. Do you want more money?
Roland Posted October 20, 2019 Author Report Posted October 20, 2019 Still wondering, just wanted email notification.
Monyker Posted October 25, 2019 Report Posted October 25, 2019 Hi Roland, If you paid for Enpass, number of entries is unlimited. Free Enpass for mobile has a limit of 20 entries. Are you using Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud, OneDrive, or something else, to sync your Enpass database between devices? If so, maybe you reached the quota (max storage capacity) of the service you are using? Or perhaps your device (mobile/computer) has no free storage space? For what it's worth, I have nearly 750 entries in my Enpass database, and have encountered no storage quota related messages.
NickyBe Posted October 27, 2019 Report Posted October 27, 2019 (edited) Same notification has appeared on mine. Been using Enpass for almost two years with OneDrive, and have had no issues until a few days ago. But on pressing the notification, it seems to have just wanted me to re-validate my link with Onenote. Seems okay now. Edited October 27, 2019 by NickyBe
Dentonthebear Posted October 28, 2019 Report Posted October 28, 2019 Hi @NickyBe & @Roland Have you tried disconnecting then reconnecting the syncing service?
Johan Posted January 13, 2020 Report Posted January 13, 2020 Same here. Re authenticating did the trick
