Kyouhyung Kim Posted April 9, 2020 Report Posted April 9, 2020 Please update the Korean font into something nicer. Enpass is using 굴림 (Gulim) as the Korean font. This is Comic Sans equivalent in Korean typeface, and while it's not exactly a product-breaking issue, it's mildly annoying nonetheless :P
Garima Singh Posted April 9, 2020 Report Posted April 9, 2020 Hi @Kyouhyung Kim Welcome to the forum! We would like to share that the we are already aware of it. Our Dev team is looking into this issue to resolve and hopefully, a fix will be available in the future update. Thanks for your co-operation. 1
Maru Posted August 9, 2020 Report Posted August 9, 2020 Could I see the progress related to the Hangul font replacement? Currently, the font applied to Enpass is the worst. I want to change to another product. Please check.
Garima Singh Posted August 10, 2020 Report Posted August 10, 2020 Hey @Maru Welcome to the forum. Apologies for the trouble caused. I would like to share that we have already shared the issues regarding to font to the Dev team and they are trying to improvise the fonts of Korean language. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated. Thanks for understanding.
kyle Posted August 21, 2020 Report Posted August 21, 2020 (edited) The current use of Enpass 6.5.0 version. Korean font has not yet changed. Fonts are some cracking phenomenon. I want to try to change things around after fast font. Edited August 21, 2020 by kyle
Pratyush Sharma Posted August 21, 2020 Report Posted August 21, 2020 Hi @kyle, Welcome to the forums! Which platforms(OS) are you using currently?
kyle Posted September 29, 2020 Report Posted September 29, 2020 Hi @Pratyush Sharma OS I use is Windwos 10. These symptoms arise Korea letters beginning to crack.
Pratyush Sharma Posted September 30, 2020 Report Posted September 30, 2020 Hi @kyle, We understand that Korean fonts appear a little bigger than the English one. It may be due to various reasons, including font configuration, scale factor, etc. We do not explicitly change font point size for specific language in Enpass. Thanks for your co-operation.
Kyouhyung Kim Posted October 7, 2020 Author Report Posted October 7, 2020 To give you a hint: "Malgun Gothic" is the default Korean system font for Windows 7 and later. Just adding an option in the settings to pick a font from the list of installed system fonts would probably do the trick IMO. 1
Garima Singh Posted October 7, 2020 Report Posted October 7, 2020 Hey @Kyouhyung Kim Thanks for sharing the hint. I have shared your valuable inputs with the team.
