Touch ID isn't enabled on this device

Featured Replies

I use macbook pro 2017 with touch bar. I found I can't use touch ID to unlock enpass after upgrade to macOS Big Sur. It shows "touch id isn't enabled on this device, learn more", and the link of "learn more" is https://www.enpass.io/biometric-not-available/ , which is "404: Page Not Found"

Same issue on Big Sur on Macbook Air M1.

Worked for some time on macOs 11.0.0. I got an update to 11.0.1 and then is stopped working. @DocSnyd3r are you on the same version?

@Garima Singh I think I found the issue behind this. You may need to pass this information to your team.

I noticed that if Enpass is scheduled to start at boot, the it thinks touch ID is not enabled. But if I quit Enpass fully (even from the menu), and then start again, it accepts touch ID

Hey All,

We've fixed the issue of Touch-ID. Please update the app to the latest version (v6.6.0) and let us know if you're still encountering same issue with the app?

Thanks for the co-operation.
