Mathias Posted July 8, 2016 Report Posted July 8, 2016 I've noticed that Enpass keeps hanging on system startup on Windows. I've never encountered this issue on my private system runing Debian GNU/Linux. Is there some way to get debug logs from Enpass to see what may be blocking the startup? 1

Enpass runs well on IOS and my Mac, but on Windows 7 it either runs really, really slowly (I mean a couple of minutes to respond to anything) or hangs completely. I love Enpass, but this does seem to be catching one or two of us out.
Mathias Posted August 23, 2016 Author Report Posted August 23, 2016 Notice that I haven't encountered this issue anymore after upgrading to Windows 10. I'm not sure if that itself solved the issue or simply by setting up a vanilla system without any cruft. 1

Which Enpass version are you running? Which cloud sync are you using? Are you using browser Extension? What action did you performed, after which app started hanging?
Glen Posted September 9, 2016 Report Posted September 9, 2016 (edited) I am also having this issue. I am new to Enpass and I hope you can get it fixed. I am running Windows 7 Enpass version 5.3.0.1 Cloud sync is gdrive I am using browser extension this happens when i try and use enpass to fill in a password to a browser it will hang for several minutes. Today i was logging into the application itself and got "not responding" for several minutes. I am using Chrome Edited September 9, 2016 by Glen
