Printer not Found Error when try to Print

Featured Replies

Hi all

When I try to print some PAsswords I get allways the error: Printer not found. This is happens when try to print one Entry oder all entries.

I use Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7 and the last Enpass Version 6.6.0 (775).

It looks like the same Problem described here, the last information was the Developers are looking but there is since 2 Years no change :-(

A Test Print from Firefox without any Problems.

Best Regards

It's now April 3rd, and there has been one update since this issue was discovered and a fix promised, but the problem still exists!  Is an update still forthcoming, and soon??  Thanks!!

Hey @Dibz

Welcome to the forum!

Our team is working to fix the print issue on macOS. I will notify you once the fixed version will be available. Thanks!

That’s good news! Thanks so much Garima, for your quick reply to my question.

Just discovered the same on SAFARI Version 14.0.3. Please advise when you have a fix.

Thanks

Same problem here -

MacOS BIG SUR, ENPASS 6.6.1, Printer connected via LAN.

-> PRINTER NOT FOUND

problem reported in FEBRUARY. Can we expect a solution in May? That would make approx 3 months for a problem fix which is rather important.

Appreciate it...

Hi @JPC,
