Touch ID on new MacBook Pro 16" M1

Featured Replies

I'm having problems with enabling this on 6.7.3

Disabling and Enabling this in settings doesn't have any effect.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

Hello @Syd,

I certainly understand your concern about the Touch ID on Enpass. I would suggest you to verify if the Touch ID is working normally on the other apps (on your MacBook M1). Otherwise, for a quick troubleshooting, remove your Touch ID from Mac settings and add a new one. Also, enable it from the Enpass settings. let me know if that works.

Hey Manish - this is not on a MacBook M1. Can you confirm that you've tested Enpass + Touch ID with the new MacBook Pro M1 Pro and M1 Max with your team.

Hello @Syd,

I would like to share that the bug has been reproduced and our team is working on fixing this issue. Your patience is highly appreciated here.
