DropBox Syncing asking for changed password

I have not changed any DropBox passwords, but Enpass refuses to sync my devices. Attached is the error message I get when I try to reconnect. When I enter my Dropbox password it says it's incorrect.

Any ideas?

Hi @Buffy,

I understand that you got an incorrect password error while syncing with the DropBox. First, please confirm if you are already using Enpass on other devices and have recently installed the app on this machine -> Created a new master password -> Then, while syncing with the Dropbox, got this error. If that's the case, I would suggest you perform the following steps:

  1. Either re-install the app or go to Enpass advanced settings -> Erase everything -> After erasure, the welcome screen will appear -> Select, restore from DropBox option. Let me know if that works.
