Have you compared both codes, Windows and iOS if they are the same? (Open both apps and have a look at the same time at both codes) if they are not, something is out of sync. 1
ijprest Posted August 1, 2024 Report Posted August 1, 2024 Was seeing this problem today. Windows 11. I'm in The Pacific time zone (GMT-8), but it's currently DST, so I'm *actually* GMT-7. I had Windows set to Pacific GMT-8, with "adjust for daylight saving time automatically" checked. My clock was correct. However, Enpass was generating incorrect OTP codes. I was only able to work around the problem by *unchecking* "adjust for daylight saving time automatically" and changing my time zone to Mountain time (GMT-7). It seems wrong that I should have to do that. My guess is that Enpass is not properly handling the "adjust for daylight saving time automatically" checkbox, and thought I was still GMT-8.
Amandeep Kumar Posted August 2, 2024 Report Posted August 2, 2024 Thank you for sharing the details and your efforts in providing information. I've reported this issue to the Enpass technical team. They are currently investigating it, and I will reach out to you with updates as soon as I receive them. #SI-3927
