robert.endicott Posted July 31, 2018 Report Posted July 31, 2018 I just wiped and reinstalled my phone and when I go to setup enpass with box it will not allow me to type in my credentials. The cursor blinks and will not allow me to do anything. It is like it is frozen. I tried this with the other providers and I do not have this problem. I have use box so I need this to work. Please try selecting a different keyboard layout if you haven't tried that yet. If the problem persists, please let me know: On which device (Along with Android version) are you using Enpass? Which Enpass version are you using? What is your default browser and it's version? Are you able to login to the Box account in the browser? Thanks for your co-operation
