The Andre Posted May 15, 2019 Report Posted May 15, 2019 I have an Android phone and Chromebook. How do I import passwords? Used to use Dadhlane but now it cost a fortune. Am new user
Anshu kumar Posted May 16, 2019 Report Posted May 16, 2019 Hey @The Andre, Welcome to Enpass Family! I would like to share that Importing data from other password managers is currently possible only through our desktop versions of Enpass. So once you have imported data, you can easily migrate that to your Android/ChromebookApp using Sync or via WiFi Backup feature of Enpass. Hope this helps!

Can you add import directly to Chromebook/Android? It looks like I now have to buy a MacOS license that I will use only once, to import the CSV from my old password manager.
Dentonthebear Posted June 23, 2019 Report Posted June 23, 2019 The desktop versions of Enpass are available without cost, unless you want the Premium features: https://www.enpass.io/pricing/
brovisuals Posted June 23, 2019 Report Posted June 23, 2019 Hi, I've used the CSV_Templates_Logins.csv to import data. I've used exactly the same string quotation and comma separations, but Enpass 6.1.0 (390) for Mac keeps showing 'Nothing to import'. Is there something I could have overlooked? Thanks in advance and great work on Enpass! JK
Anshu kumar Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 Hi @brovisuals, Thanks for using Enpass and writing to us. It would be a great help if you can share the demo file and also let me know the software name with which data you want to import in the Enpass so that I can help you better. Thanks!

Is there a "desktop version" of Enpass for Chrome OS? My desktop device is a chromebook. I can only find desktop versions for Windows and Mac.
Dentonthebear Posted June 24, 2019 Report Posted June 24, 2019 Hi, I believe it is still in beta, check out this page: https://discussion.enpass.io/index.php?/forum/32-chromebook/ Read the line under the main heading Chromebook.
