BuckO Posted July 2, 2019 Report Posted July 2, 2019 I've been user of Enpass for quite a while and I was an happy customer... till the new version with UI change came out... It became a problem for me to use this app, as quite regurally it starts to crash when I want to run it. Reset of the workstation does not solve the problem and the only way I found was to uninstall and reinstall the app and then go trough hustle to set it up again. I'ts been months now and it's still happening and I don't know what to do...

Can you please let me know have you downloaded Enpass from our Website or Windows Store. Also, please share the crash report mentioning your name in the comment box so that we can investigate where the problem could be.
asefi Posted July 4, 2019 Report Posted July 4, 2019 I have been having the same issue. As of 2 days ago, enpass crashes on opening. I have to uninstall and reinstall, which works for a short time before the crashing starts again. I have been installed from the Windows store

BuckO Posted July 6, 2019 Author Report Posted July 6, 2019 @Anshu kumar I installed it from Microsoft Store. I reinstalled it already, but I will share the crash report next time it starts to crash.
