Hi @Chrism, Welcome to the Enpass Community. In Android, there is no import option but Enpass lets you sync your data with other devices through any of the supported clouds. You can synchronize your Mac with your Android by following steps: Open Enpass on your Mac --> Click on ‘Settings’ -->Click on ‘Vaults’ --> Select the vault which you wish to sync → Select ‘Set up Sync’ and choose the cloud account--> Enter your cloud account details, follow the instructions and wait till the sync is done. For more detail refer to this link. Now after installation Enpass on your Android--> “Welcome Screen“ will appear-->Click on Restore from the particular cloud with which you have synced in step1 --> Login to the cloud account--> Click on Continue --> Follow the instructions. For more information refer to this link. Once this is done, the database from your Mac will be synchronized with your Android device.

@Ana, Thanks for writing back. If you are able to access Enpass through biometrics I recommend you to follow these steps so that you can recover your database. Open Enpass on your device through Biometrics. Go to Settings-->Create a new vault of Enpass on your device with a new password. Copy all the items individually from the other vaults and move them into the newly created vault. Sync this new vault with a new cloud account. Now reinstall Enpass on your iPhone and restore the data using the same cloud used in step 4. Once all your data restore on the iPhone, repeat step-5 on your all devices..

Main Password Incorrect but works on the mobile App
Hi @henry, Welcome to the Enpass Community. For quick troubleshooting, I would suggest you take the backup of your Enpass database from the below-mentioned path and save it somewhere safe. C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\Backups After copying your backup file, uninstall Enpass on your desktop and reinstall it. After installation "Welcome Screen" will appear from there you can restore your database by Cloud Restore (Google Drive) or by Backup file.

@Ana, Yes, fingertips are biometrics. Are you able to access Enpass on any other device using Fingerptips/Biometrics? If yes, then only I can help you to recover your database.

Hey @Ana, I would have loved to help you with this but due security design of Enpass to safeguard your data you can not enable Fingerprint login without entering your Master Password on your old database in the new iPhone. I can help you to recover your database if you can access Enpass on any other device using biometrics.

Account deletion
Hi @BerndS, Thanks for reaching out to us. I would like to share that while registering none of your data leaves Enpass and it remains offline on your device. The purpose of registration is to link your purchase with a valid email address so that you don't have to purchase Enpass separately on all platforms. Please share your registered email id at support@enpass.io also mention this Forum link so that we can immediately proceed with your account deletion request. Thank you.

Hi @ErnstB, Thanks for reaching out to us. This generally happens when you have recently changed master password on one of your device. Enpass force you to have same master password on all devices. To remove this error, enter the latest master password in the prompt. This will change master password of Enpass data on all devices. Let us know if this not the case. Thank you.

How can I add new catagories...???
Hi @stevem, Welcome to the Enpass Community. Enpass allows you to create your own custom categories and edit the existing ones. To add a new category follow the steps mentioned below. Go to cutomize settings of Enpass > Categories > Add Category > Enter Name > Select vault to save the category (in case of multiple vaults) > Save. Multiple Vaults Selective Sync
Hi @Welshdog, Welcome to the Enpass community. Enpass gives you the freedom to store your backups anywhere according as per your choice. As you are not syncing your secondary vault with any cloud service so it is wise to keep a backup manually somewhere just as you mentioned. Thank you.

Problème avec Gmail
Hi @icar, The possible reason for the error could be. Field type may be set to something else. To check this, open that google item → click Edit → Click on the label ‘Email’. Make sure that email is selected in ‘Field Type’. Try entering the email in the username field of google item and check if it works. If the above points don’t work then we need a little more input from your side. Open the google website in the browser --> Right-click on it --> Click on the "Save as" option --> Save the file and share the saved file with us.

Edit webform mappings
Hi @Christoph Sonnen, Welcome to the Enpass community. Once you’re done filling the details on a website sign up page, click the Enpass Assistant icon → click on ≡ button → Save Webform. Enpass will detect all the fields and will automatically create an item with the details filled in. You can verify the details and finally Save the item.
