  4. @blenderfox Did the first sync completed on first machine? Restoring a fresh vault and sync from settings are quite different process.

  9. Hi @PedgE, Sorry of inconvenience. Try these steps: Launch Microsoft Store app. Logout of your account Press "Restore Purchase" in Enpass. Complete the flow with logging into same store id as you previously purchased Premium upgrade. Thanks.
  10. We are aware of an issue that causes broken font rendering in Enpass on Windows if your monitor's scaling factor is 125%,150%,175% or 225%. We have already submitted an update to Microsoft Store but unfortunately it is still in certification queue and taking longer than usual time ( weekend may be a cause). If you want the update earlier please PM me your store id ( will temporarily add you to update package flight). Alternatively, If you can manage, set your display scaling to 100% or 200% and restart Enpass. Please do not upload screenshots of Enpass with your sensitive data. Thanks for bearing with us.

  13. @PbK123, It is more likely Sophos is sitting as broker in between Enpass and Firefox. Try the solution provided on this site: https://support.asperasoft.com/hc/en-us/articles/216126878-Connect-browser-plugin-does-not-work-with-Sophos-antivirus-web-control which belongs to a similar class of problem.

  16. Hi @PbK123, Firefox extension from store is deprecated. Please download latest Firefox extension from here. If the problem persists, enable logs of Enpass extension and Enpass app by following these steps: In Enpass app go to Settings -> Browser and enable logs. In Enpass extension, go to Enpass extension's options page and enable logs. Restart browser. Copy the logs of Enpass app and extension and mail us at support@enpass.io. Thanks.

  18. Hi @Sivakumar K, Enpass 6 keeps history of every field not just passwords. Right click on a password and choose "History" from context menu. Cheers:)
  19. Hi @Brian, Item specific menu is next to favorite icon on item detail page. See this guide. Two word pronounceable password will be extremely weak. If length is limiting factor, use random password(non-pronounceable). If you have specific need that requires 2 words only, let me know. We are adding remove option in future updates. Favicon feature is also in pipeline (it did appeared in beta once), but need to drop in final due to a potential security issue). Standard Windows theme support is also in development. Thanks.
  20. Hi @superpit, We have tested with 8.5.5 version of RoboForm. Make sure you export data from the menu as shown in screenshot. If still didn't work it may be a language or configuration issue. Thanks.
